Abstract
【解決手段】アルカリ電池11に使用される本発明のアルカリ電池用正極合剤は、正極活物質として二酸化マンガンを含有し、導電剤として黒鉛を含有する。この正極合剤では、二酸化マンガンの平均粒径が30μm以上70μm以下の範囲であり、黒鉛の平均粒径が60μm以上280μm以下の範囲であり、二酸化マンガンに対する黒鉛の平均粒径比が2.0以上4.0以下の範囲である。二酸化マンガンと黒鉛との重量比率が9:1〜32:1の範囲であることがよい。

Description
正極缶21の開口部内面側には、負極端子板61と集電棒71と封口ガスケット81とを組み付けてなる電極用集電体60が配置されかつカシメ付けられている。その結果、正極缶21が液密的に封口されている。また、正極缶21の胴部外面側には外装ラベル23が貼り付けられている。

Claims (3)
- 正極活物質として二酸化マンガンを含有し、導電剤として黒鉛を含有するアルカリ電池用正極合剤において、二酸化マンガンの平均粒径が30μm以上70μm以下の範囲であり、黒鉛の平均粒径が60μm以上280μm以下の範囲であり、二酸化マンガンに対する黒鉛の平均粒径比が2.0以上4.0以下の範囲であることを特徴とするアルカリ電池用正極合剤。
- 二酸化マンガンと黒鉛との重量比率が9:1〜32:1の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルカリ電池用正極合剤。
- 請求項1または2に記載のアルカリ電池用正極合剤を用いたことを特徴とするアルカリ電池。
