Claims (13)
- 燃料電池システムを冷却するための少なくとも1つの冷却回路を備え、該冷却回路が、少なくとも1つの冷却熱交換器と、冷媒供給装置と、燃料電池システムの燃料電池スタックの熱交換器と、を有し、冷気としての気流が前記冷却熱交換器を流れる車両であって、
前記冷却熱交換器(6)は、少なくとも2つのステージ(6a、6b)で形成されており、前記気流(F)がこれらのステージを直列に順番に通過するように前記ステージが配置されていることを特徴とする車両。 - 前記冷却熱交換器(6)の少なくとも2つのステージ(6a、6b)を、前記冷却回路(5)を流れる冷媒が直列に順番に流れ、前記気流(F)が最後に通過するステージ(6a)を、前記冷媒が最初に通過することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記冷却回路(5)が、前記燃料電池スタック(11)を単独で冷却するための高温冷却回路として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の車両。
- 前記冷却回路(5)が、前記燃料電池スタック(11)を冷却する高温冷却回路としての第1の部分(5a)を有し、電気及び/又は電子コンポーネントを冷却する低温冷却回路としての第2の部分(5b)が、前記冷却熱交換器(6)と平行に形成されており、低温冷却熱交換器(20)が、前記冷却回路(5)の中で、前記冷却熱交換器(6)の少なくとも2ステージの冷却熱交換器(6a、6b)と平行に形成され、前記気流(F)が直列に前記低温冷却熱交換器(20)と前記少なくとも2ステージの冷却熱交換器(6a、6b)を通過するように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記気流(F)が、前記冷却熱交換器(6)の少なくとも2ステージの冷却熱交換器(6a、6b)の前に前記低温冷却熱交換器(20)を通過するように、この低温冷却熱交換器が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の車両。
- 前記冷却熱交換器(6)の少なくとも2ステージ(6a、6b)と、必要に応じて前記低温冷却熱交換器(20)とが、前記車両(1)のフロント部分に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
- 前記冷却熱交換器(6)の少なくとも2ステージ(6a、6b)と、必要に応じて前記低温冷却熱交換器(20)との領域に、冷気の流れを強化するためのブロワ(22)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
- 前記冷却熱交換器(6)の少なくとも2ステージ(6a、6b)と、必要に応じて前記低温冷却熱交換器(20)とが、前記気流(F)が通過する流面を有し、スタックとして一列に並んで配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
- 前記燃料電池(11)が、PEM燃料電池のスタックとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
- 温度調節装置(7)が、この温度調節装置(7)に使用される温度調節媒体を冷却するために、少なくとも1つの温度調節熱交換器(8)を有し、前記温度調節熱交換器(8)が、前記燃料電池システム(2)の前記冷却回路(5)とは無関係に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
- 少なくとも1つの前記温度調節熱交換器(8)が、前記車両(1)のホイールハウス(9)の中又は前に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の車両。
- 少なくとも1つの前記温度調節冷却熱交換器(8)への空気供給が、前記車両(1)の前記ホイールハウス(9)又は車両のフロント下方部分の横側のエアインレットを介して行われ、空気排出が、前記ホイールハウス(9)部分のフェンダ内の開口部を介して行われることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の車両。
- 空気供給の部分が、その路面(10)からの高さについて、空気排出の開口部よりも低く配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の車両。
