Claims (19)
- 少なくとも2つの電流コレクタが引き出されたシート状の包装体を備える電極スタックから実質的に成り立っているガルバニ電池のためのフレームであって、前記電池の製造時に前記電池の前記包装体と固定的に結合することができるように構成されていることを特徴とするフレーム。
- 前記電池の製造時に、前記電池の前記包装体と粘接着式に結合することができるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のフレーム。
- 前記電池の製造時に、追加の物質を添加することなく、前記電池の前記包装体とヒートシール工程により粘接着式に結合することができるように構成されている、請求項2に記載のフレーム。
- 電池ブロックを構成するときに、前記フレームを備える前記電池の同一平面上での配列を補助する構造を有している、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載のフレーム。
- 電池ブロックを構成するときに、前記フレームを備える前記電池の側方に補正された配向を補助する構造を有している、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載のフレーム。
- 電池ブロックを構成するときに引張アンカーを挿通するための貫通部を有している、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載のフレーム。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のフレームを有しているガルバニ電池。
- 包装体が内側面で前記フレームと結合されている、請求項7に記載のガルバニ電池。
- 包装体が外側面で前記フレームと結合されている、請求項7に記載のガルバニ電池。
- 少なくとも2つの電流コレクタが引き出されたシート状の包装体の中に電極スタックが封入される、ガルバニ電池を製造する方法において、前記包装体を閉止するときにフレームが前記包装体と固定的に結合されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記フレームが前記包装体と粘接着式に結合される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記フレームが、前記電池の製造時に、追加の物質を添加することなく前記電池の前記包装体とヒートシール工程により粘接着式に結合される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記フレームと前記電池の前記包装体が上下方向に配置され、加熱可能な印圧部によって相互に押圧される、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 能動的に冷却されるシールバーによって後続の冷却が促進される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記包装体の閉止と、前記包装体と前記フレームとの結合とが1つの作業ステップで行われる、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項4に記載のフレームを備えた複数のガルバニ電池からなるブロックを構成する方法において、前記電池が前記フレームの構造によって同一平面上に配列される方法。
- 請求項5に記載のフレームを備えた複数のガルバニ電池からなるブロックを構成する方法において、前記電池は前記フレームの構造によって側方に補正されて配列される方法。
- 請求項6に記載のフレームを備えた複数のガルバニ電池からなるブロックを構成する方法において、前記ブロックが前記電池の前記フレームの貫通部へ挿通される引張アンカーによって安定化される方法。
- 複数のガルバニ電池からなるブロックを構成する方法において、請求項16及び18の構成要件を有している方法。
