Claims (11)
- 移動しているウェブ状基板(11)に接着剤やローションなどの複数の糸状流体(17)を付着させるため、糸状流体(17、17a、17b、17c)用の複数の出口開口部(15a、15b、15c、15d、15e)を備えていて、それぞれの出口開口部は一対の流れ開口部(16a、16b、16c、16d、16e)の間に配置されており、該流れ開口部を通って流体(21)、特に圧縮空気が流出して糸状流体を振動させる構成の装置(10)において、前記出口開口部が曲線路(22、22')に沿って配置されている、ことを特徴とする装置(10)。
- 前記出口開口部(15)と前記流れ開口部(16)とは、共通の曲線路(22)に沿って配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記装置は、実質的に鏡面対称に構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置(10)。
- 2つの出口開口部(15)が、その両者の間に20°よりも大きい角度(α1、α2、α3、α4、α5)、特に30°よりも大きい角度、さらには40°よりも大きい角度、さらには50°よりも大きい角度、さらには60°よりも大きい角度をなす、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の装置(10)。
- 2つの流れ開口部(16)が、それぞれの外側出口開口部(15)の外側に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の装置(10)。
- すべての出口開口部(15)が同じか似た断面積を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記流れ開口部(16)の断面積は、縁部に向かって大きくなっている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の装置(10)。
- 付着幅(B)は、2つの出口開口部(15)を互いに隔てる距離(W)を大きく超過している、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の装置(10)。
- 移動しているウェブ状基板(11)に接着剤やローションなどの複数の糸状流体(17、17a、17b)を付着させる方法であって、流体が、曲線路(22、22')に沿って配置された複数の出口開口部(15a、15b、15c、15d、15e)から糸状流体(17)として出現し、それぞれの糸状流体が2つの空気流(21)に隣接していて、その糸状流体(17)が扇状のカーテンとなって基板(11)の上に落ちる、方法。
- 前記扇状のカーテンが、20°よりも大きい角度(α1、α2、α3、α4、α5)、特に30°よりも大きい角度、さらには40°よりも大きい角度、さらには50°よりも大きい角度、さらには60°よりも大きい角度に広がる、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記基板(11)と前記出口開口部(15)を隔てる距離(A)を変化させて付着幅(B)を調節する、ことを特徴とする請求項9または請求項10に記載の方法。
