Claims (9)
- 積層ノズル組立体において、
第1の流体入口と第2の流体入口とを有した第1の端部プレートと、
第2の端部プレートと、
前記第1と前記第2の端部プレートの間に配置、挟持される複数のノズルプレートと、
前記複数のノズルプレートのうち1枚以上のノズルプレートに形成され、前記第1の流体入口に連通する第1の流体通路と、
前記複数のノズルプレートのうち1枚以上のノズルプレートに形成され、前記第2の流体入口に連通する第2の流体通路と、
前記複数のノズルプレートの1枚に形成され、前記第1の流体通路に連通する第1のオリフィスと、
前記第1のオリフィスと同一のノズルプレートに形成され、前記第2の流体通路に連通する第2のオリフィスとを具備し、
前記第1と前記第2のオリフィスとは同一平面に配置されている積層ノズル組立体。 - 前記複数のノズルプレートは、8枚より少ない枚数のノズルプレートを含む請求項1に記載の積層ノズル組立体。
- 前記複数のノズルプレートは、5以下の枚数のノズルプレートを含む請求項1に記載の積層ノズル組立体。
- 複数の第1のオリフィスおよび第2のオリフィスを備える請求項1に記載の積層ノズル組立体。
- 前記複数の第1のオリフィスおよび第2のオリフィスは同一平面に配置されている請求項4に記載の積層ノズル組立体。
- 前記複数のノズルプレートのうち少なくともいくつかは、約0.005mm〜約0.500mmの厚さを有する請求項1に記載の積層ノズル組立体。
- 前記積層ノズル組立体は、第1の流体プレナムおよび第2の流体プレナムの一方または双方を備え、該第1の流体プレナムおよび/または該第2の流体プレナムは、それぞれ前記第1の端部プレートおよび/または前記第2の端部プレート内にある請求項1に記載の積層ノズル組立体。
- 3枚のノズルプレートを備える請求項7に記載の積層ノズル組立体。
- 3枚のノズルプレートを備える請求項3に記載の積層ノズル組立体。
