Claims (10)
- 第1のローラと、
前記第1のローラから離れて線形構成で配置される第2のローラと、
ベルトの内側空間を画定し内面を有するベルトであって、前記第1のローラの表面の少なくとも一部、および前記第2のローラの表面の少なくとも一部が、前記ベルトの内面と物理的に接触するよう、前記第1のローラおよび前記第2のローラが前記ベルトの内側空間内に配置される、ベルトと、
前記ベルトの前記内面と物理的に接触する前記第1のローラの前記表面の前記少なくとも一部と、前記ベルトの前記内面との間で画定され、上流側および下流側を有する第1のニップと、
前記ベルトの前記内面と物理的に接触する前記第2のローラの前記表面の前記少なくとも一部と、前記ベルトの前記内面との間で画定され、上流側および下流側を有する第2のニップと、
前記第1のローラおよび前記第2のローラを流体で覆うよう構成される流体源と、
前記第1のローラおよび前記第2のローラを駆動させ、これにより、流体が前記第1のニップの前記上流側から前記第1のニップの前記下流側に引き込まれ、かつ前記第2のニップの前記上流側から前記第2のニップの前記下流側に引き込まれるよう構成される駆動要素と、を含み、
前記ベルトおよび前記第1のローラのうちの少なくとも一方が回転すると、第1の流体フィラメントが前記第1のローラの分岐面と前記ベルトの前記内面との間で引き伸ばされ、前記第1の流体フィラメントが引き伸ばされて、最終的に千切れて複数の第1の小滴になり、
前記ベルトおよび前記第2のローラの少なくとも一方が回転すると、第2の流体フィラメントが前記第2のローラの分岐面と前記ベルトの前記内面との間で引き伸ばされ、前記第2の流体フィラメントが引き伸ばされて、最終的に千切れて複数の第2の小滴になる、エローゾル生成システム。 - 前記第1のローラおよび前記第2のローラが、互いに同じ方向に回転するよう構成される、請求項1に記載のエローゾル生成システム。
- 前記ベルトの内側空間に圧力を加えて、前記第1のニップおよび前記第2のニップの前記上流側の圧力が、前記第1のニップおよび前記第2のニップの前記下流側の圧力より大きくなるようにする、請求項1に記載のエローゾル生成システム。
- 前記第1のローラおよび前記第2のローラは静止したままになるよう構成され、前記ベルトが回転する、請求項1に記載のエローゾル生成システム。
- 前記ベルトには、可撓性の材料または準可撓性の材料が含まれる、請求項1に記載のエローゾル生成システム。
- 前記ベルトは静止したままになるよう構成され、前記第1のローラおよび前記第2のローラが、同じ方向に回転するよう構成される、請求項1に記載のエローゾル生成システム。
- 前記ベルト、前記第1のローラ、および前記第2のローラが、同じ方向に回転するよう構成される、請求項1に記載のエローゾル生成システム。
- 前記流体源は、流体を含むトレイであり、前記第1のローラの下部、前記第2のローラの下部、および前記ベルトの下部が、前記トレイ内に沈められる、請求項1に記載のエローゾル生成システム。
- 前記第1のローラと前記第2のローラとの間の距離が調整可能である、請求項1に記載のエローゾル生成システム。
- 前記第1のローラの反対側に前記第2のローラから離れて配置される第3のローラをさらに含み、前記第1のローラ、前記第2のローラ、および前記第3のローラが線形の配列で構成される、請求項1に記載のエローゾル生成システム。
