Claims (11)
- ジャーナル(4)上に回転自在に配置された外歯歯車(3)と、環状内歯歯車(2)と、により流体を圧送する歯車ポンプ(1)であって、前記外歯歯車(3)と前記環状内歯歯車(2)とは、圧送効果を生み出すために噛み合い、かつ、電気的に反転可能な固定子(7)と共にハウジング(5)内に配置されており、前記固定子(7)は、前記環状歯車(2)の周りに同心円状に伸張し、かつ、起電力を形成するために磁石輪(6)と相互作用し、前記磁石輪(6)は、前記圧送効果を生み出すために前記環状歯車(2)と共に回転運動を行う、前記歯車ポンプ(1)において、
前記環状歯車(2)は、滑り軸受(25)により保持されることを特徴とする、歯車ポンプ(1)。 - 前記磁石輪(6)は、前記固定子(7)と前記環状歯車(2)との間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
- 前記磁石輪(6)と前記環状歯車(2)とは、相対回転不能に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
- 前記環状歯車(2)は非磁性材料で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つ以上に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
- 環状に形成された部分(11)による前記環状歯車(2)の前記保持が提供され、前記環状に形成された部分(11)は、前記環状歯車(2)に対向する第1の表面(15)が少なくとも、滑り軸受(25)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の1つ以上に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
- 前記固定子(7)と前記磁石輪(6)との間には、値0.1から0.5mmの第2のラジアル空隙(13)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
- 環状に形成された前記部分(11)は、前記ハウジング(5)と一体に形成され、前記ハウジング(5)から半径方向に内側に向かって突き出ていることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
- 前記環状に形成された部分(11)は、前記ハウジング(5)内に圧入され又は貼り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
- 円盤状の素子(18)による前記環状歯車(2)の前記保持が提供され、前記円盤状の素子(18)は、当該円盤状の素子(18)から突き出たジャーナル(19)を有し、前記ジャーナル(19)は、前記ハウジング(5)内に対応して設けられた凹部(20)内に収容されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の1つ以上に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
- 前記ジャーナル(19)の表面は、滑り軸受(25)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
- 前記凹部(20)の内壁(21)は、滑り軸受(25)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
