Claims (9)
- 回転自在に配置された外歯歯車(3)と、環状内歯歯車(2)と、により流体を圧送する歯車ポンプ(1)であって、前記外歯歯車(3)と前記環状内歯歯車(2)とは、圧送効果を生み出すために噛み合い、かつ、電気的に反転可能な固定子(7)と共にハウジング(5)内に配置されており、前記固定子(7)は、前記環状内歯歯車(2)の周りに同心円状に伸張し、かつ、起電力を形成するために環状内歯歯車(2)と相互作用する、前記歯車ポンプ(1)において、
前記環状内歯歯車(2)は、均質な円筒形状をした閉じた表面を有し、前記固定子(7)上に滑り軸受(13)が設けられ、
前記固定子(7)上の前記滑り軸受(13)は、前記環状内歯歯車(2)に対向する前記固定子(7)の表面(12)上に塗布された層として形成されることを特徴とする、歯車ポンプ(1)。 - 前記環状内歯歯車(2)は、焼結鋼又は合成物質で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
- 前記固定子(7)から構成される電動機は永久磁石同期電動機として構成され、磁石(11)は環状内歯歯車(2)に組み込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
- 前記固定子(7)から構成される電動機は反作用電動機として構成され、弱め界磁により磁極を形成するために、前記環状内歯歯車(2)内に孔又は特別な凹部が導入されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
- 前記層は合成物質、又は、非磁性素材で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
- 前記層は青銅で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
- 前記層は、0.3mm以下の塗装膜厚を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
- 前記層は、前記固定子(7)上に吹き付けられ又は貼り付けられ、又は前記層に加硫処理が施されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
- 前記層は延長部(15)を有して実現されるため、前記固定子(7)が、ハウジング(5)の内壁(14)に予圧を印加することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の1つ以上に記載の歯車ポンプ(1)。
