Description
ポンプハウジングは、すべり軸受を貫通させると共に、インナギヤを駆動源側から軸方向(Da)に軸受する軸受面(82)を有し、
すべり軸受は、
軸方向の駆動源とは反対側の内径(Di)を拡大させて段差状に形成される内周側段差部(52)と、
軸受面よりも軸方向の駆動源側において、駆動源側の外径(Do)を拡大させて段差状に形成される外周側段差部(56,256)と、を有し、
外周側段差部は、内周側段差部とは軸方向に異なる位置に設けられる。
本発明の第1実施形態による燃料ポンプ100は、図1に示すように、容積式のトロコイドポンプである。また、燃料ポンプ100は、車両に搭載され、内燃機関の燃焼に用いる燃料であって、ガソリンよりも粘性の高い軽油を、圧送するために用いられるディーゼルポンプである。燃料ポンプ100は、円環状のポンプボディ2内部に収容された電動モータ3、ポンプ本体10、及び電動モータ3を軸方向Daに挟んでポンプ本体10とは反対側から外部に張り出したサイドカバー5を主体として構成されている。
以上説明した第1実施形態の作用効果を以下に説明する。
図6に示すように、本発明の第2実施形態は第1実施形態の変形例である。第2実施形態について、第1実施形態とは異なる点を中心に説明する。
以上、本発明の複数の実施形態について説明したが、本発明は、それらの実施形態に限定して解釈されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々の実施形態及び組み合わせに適用することができる。
Claims (5)
- 内歯(32a)を複数有するアウタギヤ(30)と、外歯(24a)を複数有し、前記アウタギヤに対して偏心して噛合するインナギヤ(20)と、前記アウタギヤ及び前記インナギヤが回転可能に収容されるギヤ収容室(70a)を画成するポンプハウジング(70)と、駆動源(3)と連結され、前記駆動源により回転駆動される回転軸(3a)と、前記回転軸を外周側から径方向に軸受すると共に、前記インナギヤを内周側から径方向に軸受する円筒状のすべり軸受(50,250)と、を備え、前記回転軸の回転駆動に応じて前記アウタギヤ及び前記インナギヤがそれら両ギヤ間に複数形成されたポンプ室(40)の容積を拡縮させつつ回転することにより、燃料を前記ギヤ収容室に吸入してから吐出する燃料ポンプであって、
前記ポンプハウジングは、前記すべり軸受を貫通させると共に、前記インナギヤを前記駆動源側から軸方向(Da)に軸受する軸受面(82)を有し、
前記すべり軸受は、
軸方向の前記駆動源とは反対側の内径(Di)を拡大させて段差状に形成される内周側段差部(52)と、
前記軸受面よりも軸方向の前記駆動源側において、前記駆動源側の外径(Do)を拡大させて段差状に形成される外周側段差部(56,256)と、を有し、
前記外周側段差部は、前記内周側段差部とは軸方向に異なる位置に設けられる燃料ポンプ。 - 前記内周側段差部は、前記軸受面よりも軸方向の前記反対側に設けられる請求項1に記載の燃料ポンプ。
- 前記すべり軸受は、焼結体により形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の燃料ポンプ。
- 前記外周側段差部は、凹状に湾曲する湾曲面(256a)を有する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプハウジングは、前記ポンプハウジングを軸方向に貫通し、前記すべり軸受を保持する貫通穴(80g)と、
前記外周側段差部と径方向に対向すると共に前記軸受面と接続され、前記反対側に向かう程、前記貫通穴を拡径させる対向部(80h)とを有する請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ポンプ。
