Abstract
Description
図1A及び図1Bは本発明の実施形態に係る内転歯車ポンプ1を示し、この内転歯車ポンプPはケーシング1を備え、ケーシング1は、ケーシング本体2と、ケーシング本体2を封止するケーシングカバー9及びエンドカバー10とからなり、これらによりケーシング1内に密閉状の空間が形成されている。ケーシング本体2には、ケーシング1内に流体を吸引するための吸引口12と、ケーシング1内から流体を吐出するための吐出口13とが開口され、吸引口12及び吐出口13は、後述するギヤ5の回転軸心に対して90°の角度間隔をあけた状態で配置されている。
一般に、内転歯車ポンプでは、その運転中に、従動歯車側に設けられたブッシュは流体中にあり、流体と接触している。

rp: ピニオン4の外半径
P : 吸入圧力と吐出圧力との差圧
T : ピニオン4の回転軸方向における厚み(歯幅)
である。
Fg=rg×P×t/2 (2)
で、近似的に表わされる。
rg: ギヤ5の外半径
t : 基部5bの回転軸方向における厚み
である。
上述のピニオンドライブ方式の内転歯車ポンプPにおいて、ピニオンの外歯とギヤの内歯との噛み合いをなめらかにすることにより、さらに、ポンプPの耐久性を向上させることができる。
図3に示すように、ギヤ5の内歯5aは、ギヤ5のピッチ円上の1点(図中の点a)と、ギヤ5の歯元円上の1点(図中の点b)及び図中の点cを通る円弧形状として設計される。
ピニオンの理論歯形は、以下に示すようにして求められる。
上記の操作を行って、図6に示すように、ピニオン4の理論歯形が得られる。
従来の内転歯車ポンプでは、回転シャフト3に直交する方向から見て、ピニオン4とギヤ5とを、わずかな隙間を有する状態で対向させていた。ポンプの回転時に、流体のシール性を保ちつつ、ピニオン4とギヤ5との摩擦を低減するためである。

Claims (6)
- 吸入口及び吐出口が開口するケーシング内に、外歯を有するピニオンと、該ピニオンに対し偏心して配置され、ピニオンの外歯に噛合する内歯を有するギヤとが収容され、前記ピニオン及びギヤが前記内歯と前記外歯との噛合状態で回転することで、吸入口からケーシング内に吸い込んだ流体を吐出口から吐出させる内転歯車ポンプであって、
前記ケーシングに回転可能に支持され、外部アクチュエータにより回転駆動される回転シャフトと、
前記ケーシングに設けられたギヤピンと、を備え、
前記ピニオンは、前記回転シャフトに回転一体に駆動連結されていて該回転シャフトの駆動により回転可能とされている一方、
前記ギヤは前記ギヤピンに、すべり軸受であるギヤブッシュを介して回転可能に支持されている、内転歯車ポンプ。 - 前記ギヤはm個(mは3以上の自然数)の内歯を有し、
前記内歯のうち、n個(m/2<n<m;nは自然数)おきに配置された2つの内歯の内側の歯形が互いに同じ円の円弧上に位置し、
前記ピニオンはo個(o<m;oは自然数)の外歯を有し、
前記外歯の理論歯形は、前記ギヤを該ギヤの回転中心Ogを中心として所定の角度ずつ回転させたときの前記ギヤと前記ピニオンとの接触点の軌跡をCPとするとき、前記軌跡CPを前記ピニオンの回転中心Opを中心として前記ギヤの回転方向と逆方向に、かつ前記ギヤと前記ピニオンとの歯数比の逆比(m/o)に前記所定の角度を乗じた角度ずつ回転させて得られる軌跡と一致するように構成される、請求項1に記載の内転歯車ポンプ。 - 前記外歯の実用歯形は、前記理論歯形に近似した複数個の円弧を組み合わせてなる形状である、請求項2に記載の内転歯車ポンプ。
- 前記ギヤは、ギヤ基部の外周部に前記内歯が設けられたものであり、
前記ギヤブッシュは、前記ギヤ基部よりも前記ピニオン側に向かって所定の突出長さだけ突出しており、
前記ギヤ基部と前記ピニオンとは前記突出長さよりも長い距離をあけて配置されている、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の内転歯車ポンプ。 - 前記ギヤ基部には、前記ピニオンと反対側に、前記回転シャフトの回転軸方向に対する前記ギヤブッシュの位置を調整するためのスリーブが設けられている、請求項4に記載の内転歯車ポンプ。
- 前記ピニオンは鉄系材料からなり、
前記ギヤブッシュは、砲金系材料、カーボン系材料、シリコンカーバイド、またはカーボン系材料とシリコンカーバイドとの複合材料のいずれかからなる、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ内転歯車ポンプ。
