Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のスクリュ圧縮装置は、ケーシング2内に互いに咬合する雌雄一対のスクリュロータ4を収容してなり、吸い込んだ気体を圧縮して吐出する圧縮機本体1と、スクリュロータ4の少なくとも一方の回転軸3となるロータ軸9を流体圧によって軸方向に押圧するバランスピストン14と、圧縮機本体1の容量を調節するスライド弁8と、スライド弁8の開度から算出される圧縮機本体1の容量に応じて、バランスピストン14に作用する流体の圧力を調節するバランス調節手段とを有する。

Claims (4)
- ケーシング内に互いに咬合する雌雄一対のスクリュロータを収容してなり、吸い込んだ気体を圧縮して吐出する圧縮機本体と、
前記スクリュロータの少なくとも一方の回転軸となるロータ軸を流体圧によって軸方向に押圧するバランスピストンと、
前記圧縮機本体の容量を調節する容量調節手段と、
前記圧縮機本体の容量に応じて、前記バランスピストンに作用する流体の圧力を調節するバランス調節手段とを有することを特徴とする圧縮装置。 - 前記容量調節手段は、スライド弁であり、前記バランス調節手段は、前記スライド弁の開度に応じて前記バランスピストンに作用する流体の圧力を調節することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮装置。
- 前記圧縮機本体が吸い込む気体の圧力を検出する吸込圧力計を有し、前記バランス調節手段は、前記吸込圧力計の検出値を加味して前記バランスピストンに作用する流体の圧力を調節することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧縮装置。
- 前記圧縮機本体が吐出した気体の圧力を検出する吐出圧力計を有し、前記バランス調節手段は、前記吐出圧力計の検出値を加味して前記バランスピストンに作用する流体の圧力を調節することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の圧縮装置。
