Claims (3)
- 縦に向けられるポンプハウジングと、
前記ポンプハウジングを内部に収容する吸込ポットと、
前記吸込ポットの頂部に取り付けられ、前記ポンプハウジングが下方に吊り下げられるキャップと、
前記ポンプハウジングの内部を通って縦方向に延びるとともに前記キャップの開口部を通って上方に延出する上端部を有するシャフトであって、前記ポンプハウジングおよび前記キャップに取り付けられた軸受によって回転自在に支持されるシャフトと、
前記シャフトの前記上端部に固定されるワッシャと、
前記シャフトの周りかつ前記ワッシャと前記キャップの間に配置され、内部空間を有するエンドプレートと、
前記エンドプレートの内部空間に前記シャフトの前記上端部と同軸に配置され、前記内部空間を上部圧力空間と下部圧力空間とに画成するピストンであって、前記エンドプレートに形成された開口を通って前記ワッシャの方向に延出するステムを有するピストンと、
前記エンドプレートの下部圧力空間と流体連通するガス源と、前記ガス源と前記エンドプレートとの間にある作動可能バルブと、を含む制御システムと、を備え、
当該ポンプの未使用期間中に、前記制御システムを用いて、前記下部圧力空間内での圧力増加および前記上部圧力空間内での圧力減少により前記ピストンを上方に動かして前記ステムの上端を前記ワッシャに当接させることを特徴とするポンプ。 - 前記ピストンは、前記エンドプレートに形成された第2開口を通って前記キャップの方向に延出する第2ステムをさらに有し、
前記第2ステムと前記エンドプレートとの間に画成される空間と流体連通する通気孔をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポンプ。 - 縦に向けられるポンプハウジングと、
前記ポンプハウジングを内部に収容する吸込ポットと、
前記吸込ポットの頂部に取り付けられ、前記ポンプハウジングが下方に吊り下げられるキャップと、
前記ポンプハウジングの内部を通って縦方向に延びるとともに前記キャップの開口部を通って上方に延出する上端部を有するシャフトであって、前記ポンプハウジングおよび前記キャップに取り付けられた軸受によって回転自在に支持されるシャフトと、
前記シャフトに接続される移動可能なシャフト支持体と、を備え、
前記シャフトの前記上端部にはねじが切られており、
前記シャフト支持体はプラットホームを含み、このプラットホームは、前記シャフトの前記上端部が通過する開口と、当該ポンプの未使用期間中に前記シャフトの前記上端部および前記プラットホームに対して締め付けられることにより、前記シャフトの前記上端部に上向きの力を与えるナットと、を有することを特徴とするポンプ。
