Abstract
【解決手段】気密封止されたガラスバルブ25内に、透明基板7上に複数のLED素子2が実装されてなるLEDモジュール1a、1bを収容し、LEDモジュール1a、1bを導入線22a、22bと共にアンカー線24で支持固定するようにした。ガラスバルブ25は金属製の口金30に装着し、アンカー線24は先端24aをガラスバルブ25の内壁25cに当接させ、ガラスバルブ25に気密貫通して導出された導出部を口金30に接合した。

Claims (3)
- 気密封止された内部にLED素子が実装されたLEDモジュールが収容されたガラスバルブが金属製口金に装着されてなるLED電球であって、
前記LEDモジュールは前記ガラスバルブを気密貫通する導入線に支持固定されていると同時に、ガラスバルブに気密貫通して先端部が前記ガラスバルブの内壁に当接し且つ前記ガラスバルブからの導出部が前記金属製口金に接合された線状金属のアンカー線によっても支持固定されていることを特徴とするLED電球。 - 前記ガラスバルブ内に熱伝導率の高いガスが封入されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED電球。
- 前記熱伝導率の高いガスは、窒素又はヘリウムであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のLED電球。
