Abstract

Claims (13)
- 特定の試薬容器(12a, 12b, 12c; 112a, 112b, 112c; 212a, 212b, 212c; 412a, 412b, 412c)の群を組み立てるステップと、
前記試薬容器(12a, 12b, 12c; 112a, 112b, 112c; 212a, 212b, 212c; 412a, 412b, 412c)を連結して試薬容器アセンブリ(10; 110; 210; 410)を形成するステップであって、このステップでは、それらを連結して試薬容器アセンブリ(10; 110; 210; 410)を形成する前に少なくとも一つの前記特定の試薬容器(12a, 12b, 12c; 112a, 112b, 112c; 212a, 212b, 212c; 412a, 412b, 412c)を試薬で充填することと、を含む、プラスチックで作られた試薬容器アセンブリ(10; 110; 210; 410)を製作するプロセスであって、
前記試薬容器(12a, 12b, 12c; 112a, 112b, 112c; 212a, 212b, 212c; 412a, 412b, 412c)を連結して試薬容器アセンブリ(10; 110; 210; 410)を形成するステップでは、試薬容器(12a, 12b, 12c; 112a, 112b, 112c; 212a, 212b, 212c; 412a, 412b, 412c)が少なくとも一つの超音波溶接プロセスによって互いに恒久的に連結されるものであり、
外向きに突出するプレート縁部(417k)を備えたプレート状の接続壁区画(417a)をそれぞれ有する、互いに連結される少なくとも二つの試薬容器(412a, 412b, 412c)が使用され、前記二つの試薬容器(412a, 412b, 412c)が、連結前は、少なくとも前記プレート縁部(417k)の範囲で、前記接続壁区画(417a)が互いに接するか、又は小さい間隔を空けて互いにほぼ平行であるようにして配置され、前記二つの試薬容器(412a, 412b, 412c)がソノトロード(430)を用いた超音波溶接によって前記接続壁区画を通して連結され、溶接プロセス中、前記ソノトロード(430)の溶接金型(430e)が、前記二つの試薬容器(412a, 412b, 412c)の前記接続壁区画(417a)の二つの前記プレート縁部(417k)の周りを連帯して把持することを特徴とするプロセス。 - 前記試薬容器(12a, 12b, 12c; 112a, 112b, 112c; 212a, 212b, 212c; 412a, 412b, 412c)を連結して前記試薬容器アセンブリ(10; 110; 210; 410)を形成する前に、
少なくとも一つの他の前記特定の試薬容器(12a, 12b, 12c; 112a, 112b, 112c; 212a, 212b, 212c; 412a, 412b, 412c)を、前記一つの試薬に対して整合された少なくとも一つの他の試薬で充填する追加のステップを含む請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 前記少なくとも一つの他の試薬容器(12a, 12b, 12c; 112a, 112b, 112c; 212a, 212b, 212c; 412a, 412b, 412c)を充填する前記ステップの前に、
前記一つの試薬に対して少なくとも一つの他の試薬を整合する追加のステップを含み、
前記プロセスは次の追加のステップをさらに含んでいる、
前記少なくとも一つの試薬に対する前記少なくとも一つの他の試薬の整合中に整合データを収集するステップと、
ユーザが読み出すか、又は分析システムによって自動的に読み出すことができる形態で、前記整合データを前記試薬容器アセンブリ(10; 110; 210; 410)に提供するステップ、請求項2に記載のプロセス。 - 前記分析システムによって自動的に読み出すことができる形態は、バーコード又はRFIDトランスポンダの形態である請求項3に記載のプロセス。
- 前記溶接プロセス中に少なくとも一つの点溶接接合部(18, 20, 22, 24, 26; 118, 218a, 218b, 218c)が形成される請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 試薬容器(112a, 112b, 112c)の断面形状がいずれも正方形であり、前記溶接プロセスが行われる材料肉厚化部分(128)が試薬容器(112a, 112b, 112c)のそれぞれの対向する側面の隅角位置に設けられる請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記試薬容器(212a, 212b, 212c)が共通のスタンド(240, 340)内で組み立てられ、前記スタンド(240, 340)に溶接される請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記試薬容器(12a, 12b, 12c)が、位置決めデバイス(34)の位置決め停止部(36)に対して前記位置決めデバイス(34)内で互いに組み立てられて溶接される請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- カバー部材(14; 214; 314)を備えた試薬容器(12a, 12b, 12c; 212a, 212b, 212c)を使用して前記試薬容器アセンブリ(10; 210)が形成され、前記カバー部材(14; 214; 314)に対して前記溶接プロセスが行われる請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 互いに取り付けられ、特定の試薬で充填された少なくとも二つのプラスチックの試薬容器(12a, 12b, 12c; 112a, 112b, 112c; 212a, 212b, 212c; 412a, 412b, 412c)を有している試薬容器アセンブリ(10; 110; 210; 410)であって、
前記試薬容器(12a, 12b, 12c; 112a, 112b, 112c; 212a, 212b, 212c; 412a, 412b, 412c)は、少なくとも一つの試薬容器が試薬で充填された後に超音波溶接によって形成された少なくとも一つの融接点(18, 20, 22, 24, 26; 118; 218a, 218b, 218c; 421)によって互いに恒久的に連結されており、
互いに連結された少なくとも二つの試薬容器(412a, 412b, 412c)が、外向きに突出するプレート縁部(417k)を備えた少なくとも一つのプレート状の接続壁区画(417a)をそれぞれ有し、前記試薬容器アセンブリの前記二つの試薬容器(412a, 412b, 412c)の前記接続壁区画(417a)が、少なくとも前記プレート縁部(417k)の範囲において互いに接するか、又は小さい間隔を空けて互いにほぼ平行であり、前記二つの試薬容器(412a, 412b, 412c)が、少なくとも一つの溶接部及び特に溶接接合部(421)によって二つの前記接続壁区画(417a)で互いに恒久的に連結されている試薬容器アセンブリ。 - 前記試薬容器(12a, 12b, 12c; 112a, 112b, 112c; 412a, 412b, 412c)が、共通の融接点(18, 20, 22, 24, 26; 118; 218a; 421)によって外壁上でのみ直接連結されている請求項10に記載の試薬容器アセンブリ。
- 前記試薬容器(212a, 212b, 212c)が共通のスタンド(240, 340)内で組み立てられ、前記スタンドに溶接されている請求項10に記載の試薬容器アセンブリ。
- 前記試薬容器(12a, 12b, 12c; 212a, 212b, 212c)がそれぞれカバー部材(14; 214; 314)を有し、前記融接点(18, 20, 22, 24, 26; 218a, 218b, 218c)によって前記カバー部材(14; 214; 314)を通して互いに連結されている請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の試薬容器アセンブリ。
