Abstract

Claims (7)
- 組織の特性を識別するための装置であって、
照射を用いて前記組織の軸方向走査を行うように構成された照射源と、
前記軸方向走査に基づいた軸方向走査照射を受けとるように、及び前記軸方向走査照射に関連するデータを、前記組織の特性を識別するために処理するように適合された画像システムと、を含み、
前記画像システムは、前記軸方向走査照射に関連する軸方向反射率プロファイルの標準偏差、平均偏差、及び勾配のうちの少なくとも1つを行うことにより前記軸方向走査照射を処理する、組織の特性を識別するための装置。 - 組織の特性を識別するための装置であって、
挿入機器の内部に配置された光ファイバを介して、照射を用いて軸方向走査を行うように、及び前記組織を照射するように構成された照射源と、
前記軸方向走査に基づいた軸方向走査照射を受けとるように、及び前記軸方向走査照射に関連するデータを、前記組織の特性を識別するために処理するように適合した画像システムと、を含み、
前記画像システムは、前記照射源により放射された前記照射の一部を検体アーム内に向けるように適合され、かつ前記検体アームを介して、前記組織から反射された照射を検知する干渉計を含み、
前記画像システムは、前記組織の特性を提供するために、参照アームから受け取った照射と前記検体アームから受け取った照射とを含む前記軸方向走査照射を処理すること、かつ前記組織の特性を複数の組織のタイプのデータベースと比較することにより、前記組織の特性を識別する、装置。 - 前記データは、スペクトラルドメイン低コヒーレンス干渉法および光学周波数ドメイン反射法のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。
- (i)前記照射源は掃引波長光源である、または(ii)前記照射源は広帯域光源である、のうちの少なくとも1つであり、前記画像システムは分光計を含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記画像システムは、前記軸方向走査に関連する軸方向反射率プロファイルの標準偏差、平均偏差、及び勾配のうちの少なくとも1つを行うことにより前記照射を処理する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記画像システムは、前記照射源により放射された前記照射の一部を検体アーム内に向けるように適合され、かつ前記組織から前記検体アームを介して反射された照射を検知する干渉計を含み、前記画像システムは、前記組織の特性を提供するために、参照アームから受け取った照射と、前記検体アームから受け取った照射とを含む前記照射を処理すること、かつ前記組織の特性を複数の組織のタイプの標準化された特性のデータベースと比較することにより、前記組織の特性を識別する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。
- 組織の特性を識別するためのソフトウェアプログラムを記憶するコンピュータがアクセス可能な記憶媒体であって、前記ソフトウェアプログラムが、処理装置により実行されるとき、前記処理装置に、
照射源により、照射を用いて前記組織の軸方向走査を行わせるステップ、および
前記組織の特性を識別するために、軸方向走査照射に関連する軸方向反射率プロファイルの標準偏差、平均偏差、及び勾配のうちの少なくとも1つを行うことにより、前記軸方向走査に基づいて前記軸方向走査照射に関連するデータを処理するステップ、
からなる手順を実行させるように構成された、コンピュータがアクセス可能な記憶媒体。
