Abstract
【解決手段】モータ40の出力軸323と出力軸323の両端に配設される第1の支持軸321および第2の支持軸322とで車軸32を構成する。第1の保持プレート45と第2の保持プレート46とによってステータ44が保持され、第2の保持プレート46と軸受ブロックとで減速機41の遊星歯車のキャリアを構成する。第2の保持プレート46は一体で軸受保持部52を備え、第2の支持軸322が軸受保持部52で支持される。第1の支持軸321は第1の保持プレート45に支持され、出力軸323は一端が第1の保持プレート45で、他端が軸受保持部52で支持される。

Claims (8)
- 車両用ホイールハブ(33)内に設けられる電動モータ(40)と、前記電動モータ(40)の出力軸(323)と、該出力軸(323)の両端にそれぞれ配設される第1の支持軸(321)および第2の支持軸(322)からなる車軸(32)と、前記出力軸(323)に連結される減速歯車(56)を含む減速機(41)とを有し、
前記電動モータ(40)が、対をなす第1の保持プレート(45)および第2の保持プレート(46)によって両側で保持される円筒形状のステータ(44)と、該ステータ(44)に対して前記車軸(32)の中心線上で回転する出力軸を備えるロータ(43)とからなり、
前記減速機(41)の減速歯車(56)が、前記第2の保持プレート(46)と、該第2の保持プレート(46)に結合される軸受ブロック(62)とで支持される車両用駆動装置において、
前記第2の保持プレート(46)には、前記第2の支持軸(322)側に突出し、前記出力軸(323)のうち前記第2の支持軸(322)寄り部分の外周を覆うように設けられた軸受保持部(52)を備えるとともに、
前記第1の支持軸(321)が、前記第1の保持プレート(45)に支持され、
前記第2の支持軸(322)が、前記軸受保持部(52)で支持されていることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 前記電動モータ(40)の出力軸(323)の一端が前記第1の保持プレート(45)で支持され、該出力軸(323)の他端が前記軸受保持部(52)で支持されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記減速歯車(56)が前記出力軸(323)に設けられる太陽歯車(55)と噛み合う遊星歯車であって、
前記軸受保持部(52)を形成する外周壁には、前記太陽歯車(55)の一部分が該軸受保持部(52)内に臨んで前記遊星歯車(56)と噛み合うことができるように該外周壁を貫通する切り欠き(52a)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記軸受保持部(52)の、前記切り欠き(52a)が形成されている壁部(522)の肉厚(t1)が、前記軸受ブロック(62)の肉厚(t2)より厚いことを特徴とする請求項3記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記軸受保持部(52)の先端部外周面が、前記軸受ブロック(62)に形成される軸受保持部挿通孔(623)の開口部内周面に当接することを特徴とする請求項4記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記遊星歯車(56、57)が、前記電動モータ(40)の出力軸(323)を中心に対称位置となるように2つ設けられることを特徴とする請求項3記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記2つの遊星歯車(56)に対応するように、前記切り欠き(52a)が、前記ホイールハブ(33)を有する車輪を装着する車両の車体前後方向に指向して2箇所に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記軸受保持部(52)が筒形状であり、該軸受保持部(52)を含む前記第2の保持プレート(46)と前記軸受ブロック(62)とを一体で成形することを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用駆動装置。
