Abstract
【解決手段】質量基準で、C:0.001〜0.1%、Co:18〜25%、Cr:16〜20%、Al:2.5〜3.5%、Mo+W:9.0〜15.0%、B:0.001〜0.03%を含み、残部がNi及び不可避的不純物であるγ’析出強化型のNi基合金を溶接材料として用いる。

Claims (9)
- 質量基準で、C:0.001〜0.1%、Co:18〜25%、Cr:16〜20%、Al:2.5〜3.5%、Mo+W:9.0〜15.0%、B:0.001〜0.03%を含み、残部がNi及び不可避的不純物であることを特徴とするNi基合金溶接材料。
- 質量基準でCの含有量が0.001〜0.05%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のNi基合金溶接材料。
- 質量基準でMo+Wの含有量が10.0〜14.0%であることを特徴とする請求項2記載のNi基合金溶接材料。
- 質量基準で、C:0.01〜0.04%、Co:20〜23%、Cr:17〜19%、Al:2.8〜3.2%、Mo+W:10.0〜12.0%、B:0.003〜0.01%を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載のNi基合金溶接材料。
- 強化相であるγ’(Ni3Al)相の固溶温度が850〜900℃の範囲であり、800℃における析出量が体積基準で10〜25%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のNi基合金溶接材料。
- 800℃、294MPaの条件における溶接部クリープ破断時間が200時間以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のNi基合金溶接材料。
- 請求項1〜6に記載のNi基合金溶接材料を含むことを特徴とする溶接ワイヤ。
- 請求項1〜6に記載のNi基合金溶接材料を含むことを特徴とする溶接棒。
- 請求項1〜6に記載のNi基合金溶接材料を含むことを特徴とする溶接用粉末。
