Abstract
【解決手段】 PTFE4にフッ化カルシウム5を分散させた樹脂摺動部材1において、摺動面に露出しているフッ化カルシウム5の(111)面の強度ピークを(220)面の強度ピークよりも大きくすることにより、摺動面に露出するフッ化カルシウム5の表面に(111)面のへき開面が多く存在する。このため、定常摩耗時には、樹脂摺動部材1の摺動面に露出するフッ化カルシウム5が相手軸と接触した際に、フッ化カルシウム5がへき開面で微小せん断(へき開)を起こし、摩擦係数の上昇を抑えることができる。

Claims (2)
- 粒子として分散しているフッ化カルシウムが0.5〜25体積%と残部が合成樹脂からなる樹脂摺動部材において、
前記フッ化カルシウムは結晶性を有し、
摺動面に露出している前記フッ化カルシウムの(111)面の強度ピークが(220)面の強度ピークよりも大きくなることを特徴とする樹脂摺動部材。 - 前記フッ化カルシウムの平均粒径は、1〜20μmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の樹脂摺動部材。
