Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. PbOおよび少なくとも1種類の金属弗化物を含むフィラーを含有するP TFE含有合成樹脂マトリックスよりなる無潤滑軸受材料において、PbOの含 有量が15〜55容量% でそして金属弗化物の含有量が0.1〜14容量% であ ることを特徴とする、上記軸受材料。 2. 合成樹脂マトリックスがPTFEの他にPEEK、PPS、PA、PVD F、PSU、PESまたはPEIを単独でまたは相互に組み合わせて含有する請 求項1に記載の軸受材料。 3. 金属弗化物がCaF2、PbF2、MgF2または周期律表の第2主族の元 素の弗素化化合物である請求項1または2に記載の軸受材料。 4. 合成樹脂マトリックスがPTFEよりなりそしてフィラーが15〜55容 量% のPbOと0.1〜14容量% のCaF2より成る請求項1に記載の軸受材 料。 5. 合成樹脂マトリックスがPTFEよりなりそしてフィラーが20〜40容 量% のPbOと0.3〜8容量% のCaF2より成る請求項4に記載の軸受材料 。 6. PbO/金属弗化物−フィラーの40容量% までが硬質物質、顔料、繊維 材料、固体潤滑剤または熱硬化性−または高温熱可塑性樹脂より成る群の1種類 以上で置き換えられている請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の軸受材料。 7. PbO/金属弗化物−フィラーの20容量% までが硬質物質、顔料、繊維 材料、固体潤滑剤または熱硬化性−または高温熱可塑性樹脂より成る群の1種類 以上で置き換えたれている交換されている請求項6に記載の軸受材料。 8. 硬質物質がSi3N4である請求項6または7に記載の軸受材料。 9. 顔料がFe2O3またはカーボンブラックである請求項6〜8のいずれか一 つに記載の軸受材料。 10.繊維材料がグラファイト繊維またはアラミド繊維である請求項6〜9のい ずれか一つに記載の軸受材料。 11.固体潤滑剤がMoS2または窒化硼素である請求項6〜10のいずれか一 つに記載の軸受材料。 12.熱硬化性樹脂または高温安定性熱可塑性樹脂がポリアミドイミドまたはポ リイミドである請求項6〜11のいずれか一つに記載の軸受材料。 13.無潤滑性合成樹脂滑り層を持つ滑り軸受において、合成樹脂滑り層がフィ ラーとして15〜55容量% のPbOおよび0.1〜14容量% の金属弗化物を 含有することを特徴とする、上記滑り軸受。 14.滑り層が金属支持材の上に直接的に設けられている請求項13に記載の滑 り軸受。 15.滑り層が多孔質の焼結青銅よりなる層を持つ金属支持材の上に設けられて いる請求項13に記載の滑り軸受。 16.焼結青銅が20〜45% の空隙率を有する請求項15に記載の滑り軸受。 17.焼結青銅が5〜15% の錫を含有する請求項15または16に記載の滑り 軸受。 18.焼結青銅が5〜15% の錫および5〜15% の鉛を含有する請求項15〜 17のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受。 19.充実合成樹脂滑り要素より成る請求項13に記載の滑り軸受。
