Abstract
【解決手段】上記した目的を達成するため、本発明の課題解決手段は、鉄道車両の前側台車Tfと車体Bとの間に介装される二つ以上の振動抑制力発生源A1,A2とを備えた鉄道車両用制振装置1であって、遠心加速度の周波数以上の横方向速度vの周波数成分を抽出する第一フィルタ44を備え、第一フィルタ44で濾波して得た横方向速度vの周波数成分に基づいて高周波振動抑制力FHを求め、鉄道車両が曲線区間を走行中であることを認識すると、一部の振動抑制力発生源A1に高周波振動抑制力FHを出力させ、残りの振動抑制力発生源A2をパッシブダンパとして機能させる。

Description
つづいて、アクチュエータA1,A2の具体的な構成について説明する。これらアクチュエータA1,A2は、同じ構成であるので、説明の重複を避けるため、便宜上、一つのアクチュエータA1の構成のみを説明し、他のアクチュエータA2についての具体的な説明を省略することとする。

Claims (5)
- 鉄道車両の前側台車と車体との間に介装される二つ以上の振動抑制力発生源と、上記車体の横方向速度に基づいて当該車体の振動を抑制する抑制力を求めて上記振動抑制力発生源を制御する鉄道車両用制振装置であって、上記鉄道車両が曲線区間走行時に車体に作用する遠心加速度の周波数以上の横方向速度の周波数成分を抽出する第一フィルタを備え、当該第一フィルタで濾波して得た横方向速度の上記周波数成分に基づいて高周波振動抑制力を求め、上記鉄道車両が曲線区間を走行中であることを認識すると、上記振動抑制力発生源の少なくとも一部に上記高周波振動抑制力を出力させ、上記振動抑制力発生源の残りの全部をパッシブダンパとして機能させることを特徴とする鉄道車両用制振装置。
- 少なくとも横方向速度の車体共振周波数成分を抽出する第二フィルタを備え、当該第二フィルタで濾波して得た横方向速度の上記周波数成分に基づいて低周波振動抑制力を求め、上記鉄道車両が曲線区間以外を走行中であることを認識する場合、上記振動抑制力発生源の少なくとも一部に上記高周波振動抑制力を出力させ、上記振動抑制力発生源の残りの全部に上記低周波振動抑制力を出力させ、上記鉄道車両が曲線区間を走行中であることを認識すると、上記低周波振動抑制力を出力させる振動抑制力発生源をパッシブダンパとして機能させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。
- 上記振動抑制力発生源は、通電不能時にパッシブダンパ機能を発揮するアクチュエータであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。
- 上記鉄道車両の走行位置情報である地点情報を取得する地点情報取得部を備え、当該地点情報から当該鉄道車両が走行中の区間が曲線区間であるか否かを認識することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。
- 上記振動抑制力発生源は、シリンダと、当該シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されるピストンと、上記シリンダ内に挿入されて上記ピストンに連結されるロッドと、上記シリンダ内に上記ピストンで区画したロッド側室とピストン側室と、タンクと、上記ロッド側室と上記ピストン側室とを連通する第一通路の途中に設けた第一開閉弁と、上記ピストン側室と上記タンクとを連通する第二通路の途中に設けた第二開閉弁と、上記タンクから上記ロッド側室へ液体を供給するポンプと、上記ロッド側室を上記タンクへ接続する排出通路と、当該排出通路の途中に設けられた開弁圧を変更可能な可変リリーフ弁と、上記タンクから上記ピストン側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する吸込通路と、上記ピストン側室から上記ロッド側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する整流通路とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。
