Description
Claims (4)
- モータで駆動されるポンプからの作動液体の供給により伸縮可能で、前記モータで前記ポンプを駆動中にアンロード可能であって、鉄道車両の車体と台車との間に介装されるアクチュエータと、
前記車体に設置されて前記車体の左右方向の加速度を検知する加速度センサと、
前記加速度に基づいて、前記アクチュエータを制御するコントローラとを備え、
前記モータで前記ポンプを駆動しつつ前記アクチュエータのアンロード中に、前記加速度センサの出力値に含まれるドリフト成分を打ち消すオフセット値を計測する
ことを特徴とする鉄道車両用制振装置。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記モータの駆動時にのみ前記出力値を前記オフセット値で補正する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。 - 前記モータで前記ポンプを駆動しつつ前記アクチュエータのアンロード中に、前記加速度センサにおける前記モータの駆動時の前記出力値を所定回数計測し、得られた前記出力値を順次加算した値を前記所定回数で除した平均値を前記オフセット値とする
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。 - 前記アクチュエータは、
シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されるピストンと、
前記シリンダ内に挿入されて前記ピストンに連結されるロッドと、
前記シリンダ内に前記ピストンで区画したロッド側室とピストン側室と、
タンクと、
前記タンクから作動液体を吸い上げて前記ロッド側室へ作動液体を供給可能な前記ポンプと、
前記ポンプを駆動する前記モータと、
前記ロッド側室と前記ピストン側室とを連通する第一通路に設けた第一開閉弁と、
前記ピストン側室と前記タンクとを連通する第二通路に設けた第二開閉弁と、
前記ロッド側室と前記タンクとを接続する排出通路に設けた可変リリーフ弁と、
前記ピストン側室から前記ロッド側室へ向かう作動油の流れのみを許容する整流通路と、
前記タンクから前記ピストン側室へ向かう作動油の流れのみを許容する吸込通路とを備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。
