Description
Claims (2)
- シリンダと、前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されるピストンと、前記シリンダ内に挿入されて前記ピストンに連結されるロッドと、前記シリンダ内に前記ピストンで区画したロッド側室とピストン側室と、タンクと、前記タンクから作動液体を吸い上げて前記ロッド側室へ作動液体を供給可能なポンプと、前記ポンプを駆動するモータと、前記ロッド側室と前記ピストン側室とを連通する第一通路に設けられた第一電磁開閉弁と、前記ピストン側室と前記タンクとを連通する第二通路に設けた第二電磁開閉弁と、前記ロッド側室と前記タンクとを接続する排出通路に設けた電磁リリーフ弁と、前記ピストン側室から前記ロッド側室へ向かう作動液体の流れのみを許容する整流通路と、前記タンクから前記ピストン側室へ向かう作動液体の流れのみを許容する吸込通路とを有して鉄道車両における車体と台車との間に介装されるアクチュエータを備え、
前記第一電磁開閉弁および前記第二電磁開閉弁への通電状況と、前記アクチュエータの変位状況とに基づいて、前記第一電磁開閉弁および前記第二電磁開閉弁の異常を診断する鉄道車両用制振装置であって、
前記第一電磁開閉弁を開弁するように通電し、前記第二電磁開閉弁を開弁するように通電するとともに、前記電磁リリーフ弁の開弁圧を最小とするように通電する場合、前記アクチュエータが変位しないと前記第一電磁開閉弁および前記第二電磁開閉弁を正常と診断し、前記アクチュエータが伸長すると前記第二電磁開閉弁および前記電磁リリーフ弁が異常であると診断し、前記アクチュエータが収縮すると前記第一電磁開閉弁および前記電磁リリーフ弁が異常であると診断し、
前記診断の結果、前記第一電磁開閉弁および前記第二電磁開閉弁を正常と診断した場合であって、前記第一電磁開閉弁を開弁するように通電し、前記第二電磁開閉弁を開弁するように通電するとともに、前記電磁リリーフ弁に前記電磁リリーフ弁の開弁圧が前記アクチュエータを伸縮させ得る開弁圧となるように通電する場合、前記アクチュエータが変位しないと前記第一電磁開閉弁および前記第二電磁開閉弁を正常と診断し、前記アクチュエータが伸長すると前記第二電磁開閉弁が異常であると診断し、前記アクチュエータが収縮すると前記第一電磁開閉弁が異常であると診断する
ことを特徴とする鉄道車両用制振装置。 - 前記車体の加速度を検知する加速度センサを備え、
前記加速度センサが検知する加速度を利用して前記アクチュエータの変位状況を検知する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。
