Abstract
【解決手段】燃料電池10は、金属セパレータ12と電解質膜・電極構造体14とを積層する。電解質膜・電極構造体14は、樹脂枠部材22を一体に設けるとともに、前記樹脂枠部材22には、金属セパレータ12の外形線よりも外方に外側シール部材44が設けられる。樹脂枠部材22の表面22aには、セル電圧測定用端子50の表面が前記表面22aと同一面上に配置された状態で、前記セル電圧測定用端子50を埋設するための溝部22bが形成される。セル電圧測定用端子50の一端は、外側シール部材44よりも内側で、隣接する金属セパレータ12に接触する一方、前記セル電圧測定用端子50の他端は、樹脂枠部材22の側部から外方に突出している。

Claims (1)
- 電解質の両側に一対の電極を配設した電解質・電極構造体と金属セパレータとが積層されるとともに、前記電解質・電極構造体の外周には、前記金属セパレータの外形寸法よりも大きな外形寸法を有する樹脂枠部材が一体に設けられる燃料電池であって、
前記樹脂枠部材には、前記金属セパレータの外形線よりも外方にシール部材が設けられ、
前記樹脂枠部材の表面には、セル電圧測定用端子の表面が前記樹脂枠部材の表面と同一面上に配置された状態で、前記セル電圧測定用端子を埋設するための溝部が形成されるとともに、
前記セル電圧測定用端子の一端は、前記シール部材よりも内側で、隣接する前記金属セパレータに接触する一方、前記セル電圧測定用端子の他端は、前記樹脂枠部材の側部から外方に突出することを特徴とする燃料電池。
