Claims (3)
- 電解質の両側に一対の電極を配設し且つ外周部に樹脂枠部材が一体に設けられた電解質・電極構造体と金属セパレータとが積層される燃料電池であって、
前記樹脂枠部材には、電極面を周回する内側シール部材と、
前記内側シール部材の外方を周回する外側シール部材と、
前記樹脂枠部材に埋設されるセル電圧監視用端子と、
が設けられるとともに、
前記金属セパレータの外周端部は、前記内側シール部材と前記外側シール部材との間に配置される一方、
前記セル電圧監視用端子は、前記内側シール部材と前記外側シール部材との間に露出部位を有し、前記露出部位は、隣接する前記金属セパレータに接触し、
さらに前記セル電圧監視用端子は、前記樹脂枠部材の外周から外方に突出する樹脂部材を一体に設けるとともに、前記樹脂部材の内部に埋設された状態で、前記電解質・電極構造体と前記金属セパレータとの積層方向から見て、前記外側シール部材と交差して前記樹脂枠部材の外方に伸びることを特徴とする燃料電池。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池において、前記セル電圧監視用端子は、前記樹脂枠部材の成形時に一体に埋設されるとともに、
成形時の配置姿勢により、前記露出部位が前記樹脂枠部材の一方の面又は他方の面に露呈することを特徴とする燃料電池。 - 請求項1又は2記載の燃料電池において、前記樹脂部材は、前記樹脂枠部材の成形時に一体に設けられることを特徴とする燃料電池。
