Abstract
【解決手段】作動液圧源から導かれる作動液圧によって回転作動するモータ機構40を備える液圧モータ(ピストンモータ1)であって、モータ機構40を収容するケーシング室58と、モータ機構40の回転を制動するブレーキ機構25と、作動液圧源から導かれるブレーキ解除圧Ppによってブレーキ機構25の制動を解除するブレーキ解除アクチュエータ29と、ケーシング室58に連通され、ブレーキ解除アクチュエータ29に導かれる作動液の一部を取り出す絞り通路50と、を備え、こ絞り通路50から取り出した作動液がケーシング室58に導かれる構成とする。

Claims (5)
- 作動液圧源から導かれる作動液圧によって回転作動するモータ機構を備える液圧モータであって、
前記モータ機構を収容するケーシング室を画成するケーシングと、
前記モータ機構の回転を制動するブレーキ機構と、
作動液圧源から導かれるブレーキ解除圧によって前記ブレーキ機構の制動を解除するブレーキ解除アクチュエータと、
前記ケーシング室に連通され、前記ブレーキ解除アクチュエータに導かれる作動液の一部を取り出す絞り通路と、を備え、
前記絞り通路から取り出した作動液が前記ケーシング室に導かれることを特徴とする液圧モータ。 - 前記モータ機構は、
斜板と、
作動液圧によって前記斜板に追従して往復動する複数のピストンと、
前記ピストンを介して回転するシリンダブロックと、
前記シリンダブロックの回転を出力する出力軸と、を備え、
前記ブレーキ機構は、
前記シリンダブロックとともに回転するブレーキディスクと、
前記ケーシングに取り付けられるフリクションプレートと、
前記ブレーキディスクを前記フリクションプレートに押圧するブレーキスプリングと、を備え、
前記ブレーキ解除アクチュエータは、
前記ケーシングに対して前記シリンダブロックの回転軸方向に移動可能に支持される環状のブレーキピストンと、
前記ブレーキピストンを前記ブレーキスプリングに抗して駆動するブレーキ解除圧が導かれるブレーキ解除圧室と、を備え、
前記絞り通路は、前記ブレーキ解除圧室と前記ケーシング室を連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧モータ。 - 前記ケーシング室は、前記ブレーキディスクによって、前記ブレーキ解除アクチュエータを収容するアクチュエータ収容室と、前記斜板を収容する斜板収容室と、に仕切られ、
前記絞り通路の出口が前記アクチュエータ収容室に開口され、
前記ケーシング室の作動液を排出するドレン通路の入口が前記斜板収容室に開口することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液圧モータ。 - 前記ケーシングに対して前記ブレーキピストンを摺動可能に支持するカラーを備え、
前記絞り通路は、前記カラーを貫通する絞り孔によって画成されことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の液圧モータ。 - 前記ケーシングに前記ブレーキディスクを受けるブレーキディスク受けフランジが設けられ、
前記ブレーキディスク受けフランジを貫通するフランジ貫通孔が形成され、
前記フランジ貫通孔が前記ブレーキディスクを挟んで前記絞り孔に対峙するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液圧モータ。
