Abstract
【解決手段】 ねじ山MSを有する長尺部材BPに対し、軸線方向に移動可能なスライダSLを長尺部材に係止する係止装置である。スライダは、長尺部材の軸線に沿って移動可能なスライダ本体1と、このスライダ本体に回動自在に設けられ、該スライダ本体とともに長尺部材を挟んで係止する押圧部材2とを備える。スライダ本体は、長尺部材の挿通を許容する挿通孔11,12と、長尺部材表面に摺接する摺接部13とを備え、押圧部材は、長尺部材のねじ山に係合するねじ溝FSを形成してなるねじ溝形成部24と、このねじ溝形成部を長尺部材の表面に押圧した状態でスライダ本体に掛止する掛止部25とを備える。

Claims (7)
- ねじ山を有する長尺部材に対し、この長尺部材の軸線方向に移動可能なスライダを該長尺部材に係止する係止装置であって、前記スライダは、前記長尺部材の軸線に沿って移動可能なスライダ本体と、このスライダ本体に回動自在に設けられ、該スライダ本体とともに前記長尺部材を挟んで係止する押圧部材とを備え、前記スライダ本体は、前記長尺部材の挿通を許容する挿通孔と、長尺部材表面に摺接する摺接部とを備え、前記押圧部材は、前記長尺部材のねじ山に係合するねじ溝を形成してなるねじ溝形成部と、このねじ溝形成部を前記長尺部材の表面に押圧した状態で前記スライダ本体に掛止する掛止部とを備えることを特徴とする係止装置。
- 前記スライダ本体の摺接部は、母線方向に適宜長さを有する半円筒状の平滑な内部表面により形成された摺接部である請求項1に記載の係止装置。
- 前記スライダ本体の挿通孔は、前記摺接部に連続する内部表面を有し、該摺接部を形成する半円筒状と同じ内径によって形成されるとともに、その内部表面を平滑にしてなる挿通孔である請求項2に記載の係止装置。
- 前記押圧部材は、前記スライダ本体に装着される軸部を備え、前記スライダ本体は、該軸部を回動自在に軸支するための支持手段を備える請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の係止装置。
- ねじ山を有する長尺部材に対し、この長尺部材の軸線方向に移動可能なスライダを該長尺部材に係止する係止装置であって、前記スライダは、前記長尺部材の軸線に沿って移動可能なスライダ本体と、このスライダ本体に回動自在に設けられ、該スライダ本体とともに前記長尺部材を挟んで係止する押圧部材とを備え、前記スライダ本体は、適宜間隔で平行に配置された少なくとも2枚の板状部材と、この板状部材の全てに対し一直線上で貫設し、前記長尺部材の挿通を許容する挿通孔と、前記適宜間隔を保持しつつ前記各板状部材を連結する連結部材と、この連結部材の片方表面に前記挿通孔の内部表面に連続しつつ該挿通孔の内径と同径の半円筒状内部表面で形成され、前記長尺部材の表面に摺接する摺接部とを備え、前記押圧部材は、前記板状部材の間に配置される本体部分と、該板状部材によって回動自在に軸支される軸部と、前記長尺部材のねじ山に係合するねじ溝を形成してなるねじ溝形成部と、このねじ溝形成部を前記長尺部材の表面に押圧した状態で該回動を制限する掛止部とを備えたことを特徴とする係止装置。
- 前記押圧部材の掛止部は、先端に掛止爪を備えるとともに、該押圧部材の自由端から突出する掛止部であり、前記スライダ本体は、前記掛止部の先端付近の挿通を許容するとともに、前記掛止爪の掛止を受ける被掛止部を備える請求項5に記載の係止装置。
- 前記押圧部材は、配置される両側に位置する板状部材の表面に向かって突設され、軸部を中心に回動するとき該板状部材の表面に摺接する突起部を備えている請求項5または6に記載の係止装置。
