Abstract
【解決手段】DPFにおけるPM堆積量が適合時の堆積量P0より小さい場合は、物理的に確保可能な高圧EGR流量の最大流量Eを超えない範囲で、高圧EGR流量(の目標値)を設定し、PM堆積量がP0以上の場合は、高圧EGR流量(の目標値)を適合値と一致させる。低圧EGR流量は、高圧EGR流量の適合値からの減少分だけ増加させる。

Claims (6)
- 内燃機関の排気通路における過給器のタービンの上流から前記内燃機関の吸気通路における過給器のコンプレッサの下流へ排気を還流させる高圧還流通路と、
前記排気通路における前記タービンの下流から前記吸気通路における前記コンプレッサの上流へ排気を還流させる低圧還流通路と、
前記排気通路に備えられて排気中の粒子状物質を捕集する捕集器と、
その捕集器における粒子状物質の堆積量に応じた、前記高圧還流通路における物理的に確保可能な排気還流量を記憶する記憶手段と、
前記堆積量が所定量よりも少ない場合に、前記堆積量に応じて、前記記憶手段に記憶された物理的に確保可能な排気還流量を超えない範囲で前記高圧還流通路における目標排気還流量を設定し、その高圧還流通路における目標排気還流量の設定に応じて前記低圧還流通路における目標排気還流量を設定する設定手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 前記所定量は、前記高圧還流通路の排気還流量の適合値の設定における前記捕集器の粒子状物質の堆積量である請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
- 前記記憶手段に記憶された前記物理的に確保可能な排気還流量は、前記堆積量が少ないほど物理的に確保可能な排気還流量が少ないとの性質を有するように記憶され、
前記設定手段は、前記堆積量が前記所定量よりも少ない場合に、前記堆積量が少ないほど、前記高圧還流通路における目標排気還流量を小さい量となるように設定し、前記堆積量が多いほど、前記高圧還流通路における目標排気還流量を大きい量となるように設定する請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 前記設定手段は、前記堆積量が前記所定量よりも少ない場合に、前記堆積量が少ないほど、前記高圧還流通路における目標排気還流量を前記高圧還流通路の排気還流量の適合値から減少するように設定する請求項3に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
- 前記設定手段は、前記堆積量が前記所定量よりも少ない場合に、前記高圧還流通路と前記低圧還流通路とにおける目標排気還流量の和が、前記高圧還流通路と前記低圧還流通路とにおける排気還流量の適合値の和となるように、前記高圧還流通路と前記低圧還流通路とにおける目標排気還流量を設定する請求項4に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
- 前記設定手段は、前記堆積量が前記所定量よりも多い場合に、前記高圧還流通路と前記低圧還流通路とにおける目標排気還流量をそれぞれ前記高圧還流通路と前記低圧還流通路とにおける排気還流量の適合値に設定する請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
