Abstract
【解決手段】シート状部材111から製品形状101を切り出す第1切断線(経路a、d、b、e、f、g、i)の一部(経路b、f)に沿い、かつ第1切断線よりも切断後不要部分(スクラップ120)として除去する側の領域にさらにレーザ照射を行う第2切断線(経路c、h)を設定し、第1切断線および第2切断線に沿ってレーザ光を照射することを特徴とするレーザ切断方法。

Claims (6)
- シート状部材から製品形状を切り出す第1切断線の一部に沿い、かつ前記第1切断線よりも切断後不要部分として除去する側の領域にさらにレーザ照射を行う第2切断線を設定し、前記第1切断線および前記第2切断線に沿ってレーザ光を照射することを特徴とするレーザ切断方法。
- 前記第2切断線は、前記第1切断線の途中に沿う領域に設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーザ切断方法。
- 前記第2切断線は、前記第1切断線と共に一筆書きとなるように設定することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のレーザ切断方法。
- 前記第2切断線は、前記不要部分を除去する際に、平面視において前記不要部分の移動に伴い、切断後の製品形状と前記不要部分との間のギャップが広がらない前記第1切断線に沿う領域内に設定することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のレーザ切断方法。
- 前記不要部分は、製品形状側に突出する2つの突出部が接続された凹形状を有し、前記不要部分の除去は前記突出部のうちの一方の突出部を吸着パットで吸着して除去し、前記第2切断線は前記吸着パッドで吸着しない側の突出部と製品形状との間の前記第1切断線に沿う領域に設けることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のレーザ切断方法。
- レーザ照射手段と、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のレーザ切断方法により第1切断線および第2切断線に沿うように前記レーザ照射手段から照射されるレーザ光の照射方向を制御する制御手段と、を有することを特徴とするレーザ切断装置。
