Abstract

- 多軸骨固定装置であって、
頭部(3,3′,3″,3′″,3″″)と、骨に固定するためのシャフト(2,2′,2″,2′″,2″″)とを有する骨固定要素(1,1′,1″,1′″,1″″)と、
前記骨固定要素(1,1′,1″,1′″,1″″)をロッド(100)に連結させるための受け部(4,4′,4″,4′″,4″″)とを含み、前記受け部(4,4′,4″,4′″,4″″)は、前記頭部(3,3′,3″,3′″,3″″)を収容するための収容スペース(8,8′,8″,8′″,8″″)と、前記収容スペース(8,8′,8″,8′″,8″″)と連通するボア(41,41′,41″,41′″,41″″)とを有し、前記ボア(41,41′,41″,41′″,41″″)はボア軸を有し、
前記多軸骨固定装置はさらに、前記ボア(41,41′,41″,41′″,41″″)の中で移動するように構成され、頭部(3,3′,3″,3′″,3″″)と係合するための第1表面およびロッド(100)が作用する第2表面を備える圧力部材(6,6′,6″,6′″,6″″)を含み、

前記第1位置は、前記圧力部材(6,6′,6″,6′″,6″″)に軸方向に沿って所定の力を加えることによって前記圧力部材(6,6′,6″,6′″,6″″)を移動させることによって得られ、
前記圧力部材(6,6′,6″,6′″,6″″)は、前記受け部(4,4′,4″,4′″,4″″)との相互作用によって前記第1位置に維持され、軸方向力を加えることによって前記第1位置から解放することができる、多軸骨固定装置。 - 径方向力を加えることにより前記圧力部材(6,6′,6″,6′″,6″″)と前記受け部(4,4′,4″,4′″,4″″)の少なくとも一部との間に生じた摩擦によって、前記圧力要素は前記第1位置に維持される、請求項1に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力部材(6,6′,6″)は、締りばめ式で前記ボア(41,41′,41″)に配置される、請求項1または2に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記ボア(41′)の表面は、少なくとも一部において、たとえば粗面、丸溝付き、溝付き、または隆起付きとなるように構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力部材(6′)の外表面(65′)は、少なくとも一部において、たとえば粗面、丸溝付き、溝付き、または隆起付きとなるように構成される、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力部材(6″)は、外側へ径方向に延在する2つの突起(67″)を有し、前記突起(67″)は、前記圧力部材(6″)が前記受け部(4″)に挿入されるとき、前記ボア(41″)に設けられた環状溝(48″)に掛け締めるように形成される、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。

- 前記圧力部材(6,6′,6″,6′″,6″″)は、上端(6a,6a′,6a″,6a′″,6a″″)および下縁(6b,6b′,6b″,6b′″,6b″″,6′″,6″″)を有し、前記圧力部材(6,6′,6″,6′″,6″″)は、前記下縁(6b,6b′,6b″,6b′″,6b″″)の近傍に、前記頭部(3,3′,3″,3′″,3″″)の球形外表面部分(3a,3a′,3a″,3a′″,3a″″)の形状と一致する球形を有する凹部(61,61′,61″,61′″,61″″)を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 袖状挿入片(5,5′,5″,5′″,5″″)が、前記頭部(3,3′,3″,3′″,3″″)の一部を囲むように設けられ、球形外表面部分(51,51′,51″,51′″,51″″)を有し、かつ、前記受け部(4,4′,4″,4′″,4″″)の中で回転するように構成され、袖軸(5c,5c′,5c″,5c′″,5c″″)が長手軸(C)と同軸になるように前記袖状挿入片(5,5′,5″,5′″,5″″)を前記受け部(4,4′,4″,4′″,4″″)の中に着座させるとき、前記袖状挿入片(5,5′,5″,5′″,5″″)の下縁(5b,5b′,5b″,5b′″,5b″″)が、下開口(45,45′,45″,45′″,45″″)を通って延在する、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力部材(6′″)は、前記ボア(41′″)に延在して前記圧力部材(6′″)の外表面と摩擦接触する止めねじ(9′″)の作用によって前記第1位置に保持される、請求項1または2に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力部材(6″″)は、圧着によって前記第1位置に保持される、請求項1または2に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置を製造する方法であって、
前記骨固定要素(1,1′,1″,1′″,1″″)の前記頭部(3,3′,3″,3′″,3″″)を前記受け部(4,4′,4″,4′″,4″″)に配置するステップと、
前記圧力部材(6,6′,6″,6′″,6″″)を前記受け部(4,4′,4″,4′″,4″″)に配置するステップと、
前記圧力部材(6,6′,6″,6′″,6″″)に所定の軸方向力を加えて前記骨固定要素(1,1′,1″,1′″,1″″)の前記頭部(3,3′,3″,3′″,3″″)に作用する予負荷力を生成するステップとを含み、
前記予負荷力は、径方向に作用する力によって維持される、骨固定装置を製造する方法。 - 前記径方向に作用する力は、前記圧力部材(6,6′,6″)と前記受け部(4,4′,4″)との間の締りばめ式連結から生じる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記径方向に作用する力は、前記受け部(4′″)に設けられた貫通ボア(49′″)に止めねじ(9′″)をねじ込んで、前記圧力部材(6′″)に圧力を与えることにより生じる、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 前記径方向に作用する力は圧着によって生じ、前記受け部(4″″)の変形可能な材料が前記圧力部材(6″″)に圧力を与える、請求項12から14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
