Description
多軸骨アンカー固定装置は、設計が単純な少数の部品しか含まない。したがって、骨アンカー固定装置を経済的に製造できる。アンカー固定要素の角度位置を受け部に対してロック固定するための圧力は軸方向にのみ効果的にかけられるため、安全な固定が得られる。この結果、寸法が小さく薄型構造を有する骨アンカー固定装置を設計することができる。骨アンカー固定装置には、可撓性部品または部分がまったくない。したがって、拡大回動角度の向きが数回変更される角度位置の調節の際にも、信頼性がある。
Claims (12)
- 多軸骨アンカー固定装置であって、
骨内にアンカー固定するためのシャンク(2)と、球状に形成された外面部(3a)を有する頭部(3)とを有するアンカー固定要素(1)と、
上端(4a)および下端(4b)と、前記上端および前記下端を通って延在する中心軸(C)と、ロッド(100)を受けるための横溝(9)と、前記下端(4b)に下部開口部(12)を有する、前記頭部(3)を収容するための収容空間(11)とを有する受け部(4)と、
前記頭部(3)の一部を取り囲み、かつ前記受け部(4)の前記収容空間(11)内で回動するように構成されたスリーブ状挿入片(5、5′)と、
少なくとも部分的に前記収容空間(11)内に配置され、かつ前記頭部(3)と接触して前記頭部に圧力をかける下部表面部(61)を有する圧力部材(6)とを備え、
前記アンカー固定要素(1)は前記受け部(4)に対して回動可能であり、前記圧力部材(6)によって前記頭部(3)に圧力をかけて前記頭部および前記スリーブ状挿入片(5、5′)を前記受け部(4)内に同時にロック固定することによって傾斜してロック固定され得、
前記受け部(4)は前記下端(4b)の近傍に第1の係合部(13)を有し、前記スリーブ状挿入片(5、5′)は前記第1の係合部(13)に係合するための第2の係合部(51)
を有し、
前記スリーブ状挿入片(5、5′)は、前記第1の係合部(13)が前記第2の係合部(51)に係合するように前記スリーブ状挿入片を前記収容空間(11)内に進めることによって、前記下部開口部(12)から前記収容空間(11)に挿入可能であり、前記第1の係合部(13)と前記第2の係合部(51)との係合が外れた後、前記スリーブ状挿入片は前記収容空間(11)内で自由に回動可能であり、
前記第1の係合部(13)および前記第2の係合部(51)はねじ山部であり、
前記収容空間(11)は最大径(D)を有し、
前記第1の係合部(13)は、前記下部開口部(12)から、前記収容空間の前記最大径(D)からのある距離まで延在する、多軸骨アンカー固定装置。 - 前記第2の係合部(51)は、前記スリーブ状挿入片(5)の外面全体上に延在する、請求項1に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 前記スリーブ状挿入片(5、5′)は、摩擦によって前記頭部(3)上に保持される、請求項1または2に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 前記スリーブ状挿入片(5′)は上縁(5a)および下縁(5b)を有し、
工具との係合部としてのスリット(56)が前記下縁(5b)に設けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。 - 前記収容空間(11)は球状に形成された中空部を有し、前記スリーブ状挿入片(5)は球状外面部(51)を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 前記スリーブ状挿入片(5、5′)および前記アンカー固定要素(1)は、前記アンカー固定要素(1)の前記シャンク(2)と前記スリーブ状挿入片(5、5′)の前記下縁(5b)とが接触していないときに、独立して回動可能である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 前記アンカー固定要素(1)の前記シャンク(2)は回動して前記スリーブ状挿入片(5、5′)の前記下縁(5b)に係合し、前記アンカー固定要素(1)をさらに回動させると、前記スリーブ状挿入片(5)が前記アンカー固定要素(1)とともに回動する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 前記スリーブ状挿入片(5、5′)は、前記頭部(3)用の座部を形成する球状内面部(52)を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 前記スリーブ状挿入片は剛性を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 前記第1の係合部(13)および前記第2の係合部(51)は、前記開口部(12)から抜け出ることに関して、前記スリーブ状挿入片(5、5′)用の停止部を提供する、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 前記圧力部材は、前記圧力部材が前記頭部(3)に前負荷を与え、これによって、前記アンカー固定要素(1)の角度位置を最終的にロック固定する前に摩擦によって前記頭部を締付けるように、前記受け部(4)内に保持される、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 前記スリーブ状挿入片(5)は回転対称である、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
