Abstract
【解決手段】第1ブレーキB1は、後進ギヤ段を形成する場合には係合されるが、前進ギヤ段を形成する場合には解放される後進専用係合要素であることから、前進ギヤ段に係る変速に関与しない係合要素を設けることで、その係合要素を半係合させるスリップ制御等を実現するための構成が不要となり、油圧回路の構成を簡素化できる。すなわち、構成の自由度が高い車両用自動変速機10等を提供することができる。

Claims (5)
- 3つのシングルピニオン型遊星歯車装置及び複数の係合要素を備え、それら複数の係合要素のうち3つの係合要素を係合させ且つ3つの係合要素を解放させることにより複数のギヤ段を選択的に成立させる車両用自動変速機であって、
前記複数の係合要素のうち1つの係合要素は、後進ギヤ段を形成する場合には係合されるが、前進ギヤ段を形成する場合には解放される後進専用係合要素であることを特徴とする車両用自動変速機。 - 前記後進専用係合要素は、噛合式の係合要素である請求項1に記載の車両用自動変速機。
- 前記後進専用係合要素は、マニュアル機構に機械的に連結されたものであり、該マニュアル機構の駆動に連動して係合乃至解放が切り替えられるように構成されたものである請求項1又は2に記載の車両用自動変速機。
- 前記複数の係合要素として、4つのクラッチ要素及び2つのブレーキ要素を備えたものである請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の車両用自動変速機。
- 何れもシングルピニオン型の第1遊星歯車装置、第2遊星歯車装置、及び第3遊星歯車装置と、
相互に連結された前記第1遊星歯車装置のキャリア及び第3遊星歯車装置のキャリアと入力部材との間を選択的に連結させる第1クラッチ要素と、
前記第1遊星歯車装置のリングギヤと前記第2遊星歯車装置のキャリアとの間を選択的に連結させる第2クラッチ要素と、
前記第2遊星歯車装置のリングギヤと前記第3遊星歯車装置のサンギヤとの間を選択的に連結させる第3クラッチ要素と、
前記第2遊星歯車装置のキャリアと前記第3遊星歯車装置のサンギヤとの間を選択的に連結させる第4クラッチ要素と、
相互に連結された前記第1遊星歯車装置のキャリア及び第3遊星歯車装置のキャリアを非回転部材に対して選択的に連結させる第1ブレーキ要素と、
前記第2遊星歯車装置のリングギヤを前記非回転部材に対して選択的に連結させる第2ブレーキ要素と
を、備え、
前記第2遊星歯車装置のサンギヤが前記入力部材に連結され、
前記第1遊星歯車装置のサンギヤが前記非回転部材に連結され、
前記第1遊星歯車装置のキャリアと前記第2遊星歯車装置のキャリアとが相互に連結され、
前記第3遊星歯車装置のリングギヤが出力部材に連結された
ものである請求項4に記載の車両用自動変速機。
