Abstract
【解決手段】 電力供給システムは、負荷機器22A、防犯用負荷機器22Cを含む住宅システム2と電気自動車1との間で授受される電力を管理するため、電気自動車1の利用者の所定期間以上に亘る不在を検知する不在検知部26と、不在検知部26により検知された利用者の不在に基づいて、電気自動車1に搭載された蓄電池の充電レベルを所定範囲に維持するようEV蓄電池11の充放電を制御する制御部24とを含む。

条件B(高温時):充電レートの上限値をPcB、放電レートの上限値をPdBとする
条件C(常温時):充電レートの上限値をPcC、放電レートの上限値をPdCとする
ここで、PcA<PcC、PcB<PcC、PdA<PdC、PdB<PdCとする。この結果、EV蓄電池11の高温時及び低温時には充電レート及び放電レートの上限値を低くして、EV蓄電池11の劣化を抑制できる。

Claims (9)
- 電気機器を含む住宅と電気自動車との間で授受される電力を管理する電力供給システムであって、
前記電気自動車の利用者の所定期間以上に亘る不在を検知する不在検知部と、
前記不在検知部により検知された利用者の不在に基づいて、前記電気自動車に搭載された蓄電池の充電レベルを所定範囲に維持するよう前記蓄電池の充放電を制御する電力制御部と
を含むことを特徴とする電力供給システム。 - 前記住宅の電気機器として防犯機器を含み、
前記電力制御部は、前記蓄電池の充電レベルを所定範囲に維持するための前記蓄電池の放電電力を、前記住宅又は前記電気自動車に含まれる防犯機器に供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力供給システム。 - 前記電力制御部は、
前記防犯機器の必要電力及び優先度を設定しておき、
前記蓄電池の充電レベルを所定範囲に維持するために放電可能な前記蓄電池の放電電力量及び前記蓄電池周辺の温度に応じた放電可能レートと、前記防犯機器の必要電力とを照合し、
当該照合結果及び前記防犯機器の優先度に基づいて前記蓄電池の放電電力を供給する防犯機器を決定すること
を特徴とする請求項2に記載の電力供給システム。 - 発電装置を有し、
前記電力制御部は、前記防犯機器の必要電力及び優先度と、前記蓄電池における充電レベルの所定範囲とに基づいて、前記発電装置により生成された発電電力を前記蓄電池に充電することを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載の電力供給システム。 - 電気機器を含む住宅と電気自動車との間で授受される電力を管理する電力管理装置であって、
前記電気自動車の利用者の所定期間以上に亘る不在を検知する不在検知部と、
前記不在検知部により検知された利用者の不在に基づいて、前記電気自動車に搭載された蓄電池の充電レベルを所定範囲に維持するよう前記蓄電池の充放電を制御する電力制御部と
を備えることを特徴とする電力管理装置。 - 前記不在検知部は、前記住宅に設置された人感センサの検知結果を取得し、当該検知結果に基づいて、前記利用者の所定期間に亘る不在を判断することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記不在検知部は、前記利用者が所有する情報端末から位置情報を取得し、当該位置情報に基づいて、前記利用者の所定期間に亘る不在を判断することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記不在検知部は、前記利用者が行う所定期間に亘る不在の操作を検知した場合に、前記利用者の所定期間に亘る不在を判断することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記電力制御部は、前記蓄電池周辺の温度に基づいて、前記蓄電池の充電レベルを所定範囲に維持するための前記蓄電池の充放電レートを決定することを特徴とする請求項5乃至請求項8の何れか一項に記載の電力管理装置。
