Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも2の層を含む積層体紙製品を製造法であって、i)セルロース繊維を含む水性懸濁物を用意する段階、ii)該懸濁物にミクロフィブリル状多糖を約0.05〜約50重量%添加する段階、およびiii)その懸濁物を脱水、そして当該積層体紙製品が150〜500kg/m3の密度を有する第一層を形成する段階を含む方法。少なくとも2の層を含む積層体紙製品を製造する方法で、上記i)、ii)およびiii)を続いて実施し、当該積層体を形成する段階において、少なくとも1が、段階ii)で得られたミクロフィブリル状多糖を含む水性懸濁物から形成される上記段階;そして当該これらの層を積層体製品が150〜800kg/m3の密度になる様に接合する段階を含む方法。積層体紙製品、およびその使用方法。

Description
i)セルロース繊維を含んでいる水性懸濁物を用意する段階、
ii)該懸濁物にミクロフィブリル(微細線維)状多糖を該セルロース繊維の重量当たり約0.05〜約50重量%もたらす量で添加する段階、および
iii)得られた懸濁物を脱水し、そして当該積層体紙製品の、約150〜約500kg/m3の密度を有する第一の層を形成する段階
を含む方法に関する。
i)セルロース繊維を含んでいる水性懸濁物を用意する段階、
ii)該懸濁物にミクロフィブリル状多糖を該セルロース繊維の重量当たり約0.05〜約50重量%もたらす量で添加する段階、および
iii)得られた懸濁物を脱水し、そして当該積層体の少なくとも第一および第二の層を形成する段階において、当該少なくとも第一および第二の層のうちの少なくとも1が、ミクロフィブリル状多糖を含んでいる、段階ii)で得られた水性懸濁物から形成される上記段階;そして当該これらの層を積層体製品が約150〜約800kg/m3の密度を得るような様式で接合する段階、
を含む方法にも関する。

c)20〜約50Nm/gのショート圧縮試験(SCT)指数
を有する積層体紙製品に関する。
a)約150〜約800kg/m3の範囲にある積層体の密度
b)20〜約120Nm6/kg3の範囲にある曲げ抵抗指数、および
c)20〜約50Nm/gのショート圧縮試験(SCT)指数
を有する積層体紙製品にも関する。
水浴、金属箱、グリット、3Mスコッチテープ、テープ貼り付け器
35%過酸化水素、最大+8℃において保存
1.紙サンプルは、23℃および相対湿度50%において少なくとも2時間、状態調整されなければならない。
2.サンプルの厚さは、ISO 534:1988に従って測定される。
3.サンプルは、テープ貼り付け器を使用してテープを貼られ、そして直列に25×75mmに裁断されて1点当たりサンプル5個を得る。
4.サンプルが秤量される。
5.サンプル5個が、35%過酸化水素を含有する金属箱に入れられる。
この前に金属箱は、+70℃(+−1.0℃)の温度にある水浴中に入れられる。その目的のために設計されたグリットが、サンプルを箱の底に保つために、箱内に入れられる。サンプルは、過酸化水素の表面の10cm下になければならない。サンプルが箱内に入れられた後に、蓋が閉じられそしてタイマーがセットされる。
6.10分間(+−15秒間)後、サンプルが箱から取り出され、そして吸い取り紙を使用して液体が吸い取られる。
7.サンプルが秤量される。

2.0kg/m2未満のエッジウィック試験値を含む正確な結果が、とりわけ高度の疎水性における該方法から得られることができる。この限界未満において、2のサンプルは、実験室製シートについては+−10%を、および機械製シートについては+−5%を超えた値だけ相違してはならない。
Claims (27)
- 少なくとも2の層を含んでいる積層体紙製品を製造する方法であって、
i)セルロース繊維を含んでいる水性懸濁物を用意する段階、
ii)該懸濁物にミクロフィブリル状多糖を該セルロース繊維の重量当たり約0.05〜約50重量%もたらす量で添加する段階、および
iii)得られた懸濁物を脱水し、そして当該積層体紙製品の、約150〜約500kg/m3の密度を有する第一の層を形成する段階
を含む方法。 - 少なくとも2の層を含んでいる積層体紙製品を製造する方法であって、
i)セルロース繊維を含んでいる水性懸濁物を用意する段階、
ii)該懸濁物にミクロフィブリル状多糖を該セルロース繊維の重量当たり約0.05〜約50重量%もたらす量で添加する段階、および
iii)得られた懸濁物を脱水し、そして当該積層体の少なくとも第一および第二の層を形成する段階において、当該少なくとも第一および第二の層のうちの少なくとも1が、ミクロフィブリル状多糖を含んでいる、段階ii)で得られた水性懸濁物から形成される上記段階;そして当該層を積層体製品が約150〜約800kg/m3の密度を得るような様式で接合する段階、
を含む方法。 - 紙製品が板紙である、請求項1または2に従う方法。
- ミクロフィブリル状多糖が、懸濁物にセルロース繊維の重量当たり約1〜約15重量%をもたらす量で添加される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- セルロース繊維が機械パルプから誘導される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 第一の層が、約220〜約450kg/m3の密度を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ミクロフィブリル状多糖が、ミクロフィブリル状セルロースである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ミクロフィブリル状セルロースが修飾される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ミクロフィブリル状セルロースが、グラフト、架橋、化学酸化、物理修飾および/または酵素修飾によって修飾される、請求項8に従う方法。
- ミクロフィブリル状多糖が、約1〜約100m2/gの比表面積を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ミクロフィブリル状多糖が、約0.05〜約0.5mmの算術繊維長さを有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 当該第一の層に第二の層を接合することを含む方法において、第二の層が約400〜約1000kg/m3の密度を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に従う上記方法。
- 当該第一の層に第二の層を接合することを含む方法において、第二の層が約510〜約1000kg/m3の密度を有する、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に従う上記方法。
- 約400〜約1000kg/m3の密度を有する2の層を、当該第一の層に該第一の層のいずれの面上にも接合させて、当該紙製品の外層を形成する、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 当該第一の層が機械パルプから製造され、かつ外層が化学パルプから製造される、請求項14に従う方法。
- ミクロフィブリル状セルロースが、セルロース繊維の重量当たり約1〜約10重量%をもたらすような量で添加される、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 積層体紙製品が、液体包装材板紙である、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に従う方法によって得られることができる積層体紙製品。
- 少なくとも2の層を含んでいる積層体紙製品であって、
a)約150〜約800kg/m3の範囲にある積層体の密度
b)6kg/m2未満の、過酸化水素についてのエッジウィック試験(EWT)値、および
c)20〜約50Nm/gの範囲にあるショート圧縮試験(SCT)指数
を有する積層体紙製品。 - 少なくとも2の層を含んでいる積層体紙製品であって、
a)約150〜約800kg/m3の範囲にある積層体の密度
b)20〜約120Nm6/kg3の範囲にある曲げ抵抗指数、および
c)20〜約50Nm/gのショート圧縮試験(SCT)指数
を有する積層体紙製品。 - 層のうちの少なくとも1が、ミクロフィブリル状多糖をセルロース繊維の重量当たり約0.05〜約50重量%の量で含んでいる、請求項19または20に従う積層体紙製品。
- 層のうちの少なくとも1が、ミクロフィブリル状セルロースをセルロース繊維の重量当たり約1〜約15重量%の量で含んでいる、請求項19〜21のいずれか1項に従う積層体紙製品。
- 曲げ抵抗指数が20〜約40Nm6/kg3である、請求項19〜22のいずれか1項に従う積層体紙製品。
- Z強さが約185〜約400kPaである、請求項19〜23のいずれか1項に従う積層体紙製品。
- 積層体紙製品が、プラスチックまたはポリマーの層をさらに含んでいる、請求項19〜24のいずれか1項に従う積層体紙製品。
- 積層体が、酸素バリア層をさらに含んでいる、請求項19〜25のいずれか1項に従う積層体紙製品。
- 請求項19〜26のいずれか1項に従う積層体紙製品を、水性、脂肪性および/または乾燥食物の保存のために使用する方法。
