Abstract

Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態に係るモータ回転力伝達装置につき、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
図2はモータ回転力伝達装置の全体を示す。図2に示すように、モータ回転力伝達装置1は、リヤアクスルシャフト106(図1に示す)の回転軸線Oを軸線とするハウジング2と、モータ回転力に基づく駆動力を後輪105(図1に示す)に配分するリヤディファレンシャル3と、リヤディファレンシャル3を作動させるためのモータ回転力を発生させる電動モータ4と、電動モータ4のモータ回転力を減速して駆動力を駆動力伝達対象としてのリヤディファレンシャル3に伝達する減速伝達機構5とから大略構成されている。
ハウジング2は、後述する自転力付与部材52の他、リヤディファレンシャル3を収容する第1のハウジングエレメント20、電動モータ4を収容する第2のハウジングエレメント21、及び第2のハウジングエレメント21の片側開口部(第1のハウジングエレメント20側の開口部とは反対側の開口部)を閉塞する第3のハウジングエレメント22を有し、車体に配置されている。
リヤディファレンシャル3は、デフケース30,ピニオンギヤシャフト31,一対のピニオンギヤ32及び一対のサイドギヤ33を有するベベルギヤ式の差動機構からなり、モータ回転力伝達装置1の一方側に配置されている。
電動モータ4は、ステータ40,ロータ41及びモータ軸42を有し、回転軸線O上でリヤディファレンシャル3に減速伝達機構5を介して連結され、かつステータ40がECU(Electronic Control Unit:図示せず)に接続されている。そして、電動モータ4は、ステータ40がECUから制御信号を入力してリヤディファレンシャル3を作動させるためのモータ回転力をロータ41との間で発生させ、ロータ41をモータ軸42と共に回転させるように構成されている。
図3は減速伝達機構を示す。図4は油供給路の一部を示す。図2及び3に示すように、減速伝達機構5は、減速部A,潤滑油供給部B及び軸受部(軸受装置)Cを有し、リヤディファレンシャル3と電動モータ4との間に介在して配置されている。
次に、本実施の形態に示すモータ回転力伝達装置の動作につき、図1〜図4を用いて説明する。
図2において、モータ回転力伝達装置1の電動モータ4に電力を供給して電動モータ4を駆動すると、この電動モータ4のモータ回転力がモータ軸42を介して減速伝達機構5に付与され、減速伝達機構5が作動する。
以上説明した実施の形態によれば、次に示す効果が得られる。
Claims (6)
- 回転軸線の回りに等間隔をもって並列し、かつ前記回転軸線からその放射方向に等間隔をもって離間する軸線を中心軸線とする少なくとも2つの偏心部を有する回転軸と、
前記回転軸の前記少なくとも2つの偏心部の外周囲にそれぞれ配置され、内外2つの軌道部間で転動する複数の転動体、及び前記複数の転動体を前記中心軸線の回りに等間隔をもって転動可能に保持する保持器を有する少なくとも2つの転がり軸受とを備え、
前記少なくとも2つの転がり軸受は、それぞれ前記保持器が前記内外2つの軌道部間に介在する円環状の基部、及び前記基部と共にポケットを形成するための複数の隔壁部を有し、一方の転がり軸受において前記基部がその一部を前記内外2つの軌道部のうち内側の軌道部よりも軸線方向外側に突出させて他方の転がり軸受側から潤滑油をその軸線方向外側であって前記回転軸線の周囲で受ける油受部によって形成されている
軸受装置。 - 前記回転軸は、その内外周面に開口する油供給路を有する中空の軸部材によって形成され、
前記少なくとも2つの転がり軸受は、前記他方の転がり軸受において前記基部がその一部を前記内外2つの軌道部のうち内側の軌道部よりも軸線方向外側に突出させて前記油供給路から潤滑油を受ける油受部によって形成されている請求項1に記載の軸受装置。 - 入力部材及び出力部材を有し、前記入力部材で入力した回転力を減速して前記出力部材から出力する減速部と、
前記減速部の前記入力部材をその中心軸線上に回転可能に支持する軸受部とを備えた減速機構において、
前記軸受部は、請求項1又は2に記載の軸受装置であり、
前記減速部は、前記入力部材が前記一方の転がり軸受によって支持された第1の入力部材、及び前記他方の転がり軸受によって支持された第2の入力部材を有する
減速機構。 - 前記軸受部は、前記他方の転がり軸受における前記内外2つのレース間に開口する第1の油流路を前記回転軸に有し、
前記減速部は、前記第1の油流路に連通して前記一方の転がり軸受における前記内外2つのレース間に開口する第2の油流路を前記第2の入力部材に有する請求項3に記載の減速機構。 - モータ回転力を発生させる電動モータと、
前記電動モータの前記モータ回転力を減速して駆動力を駆動力伝達対象に伝達する減速伝達機構とを備えたモータ回転力伝達装置において、
前記減速伝達機構は、請求項3又は4に記載の減速機構である
モータ回転力伝達装置。 - 前記減速伝達機構は、前記駆動力伝達対象としての差動機構に前記駆動力を伝達する請求項5に記載のモータ回転力伝達装置。
