Abstract
【解決手段】流体式のアキシャル軸受であって、フローティング・ディスク30を有し、二つの潤滑ギャップが、フローティング・ディスク30の両側で、異なるサイズの支持面によって形成されることにより、電力損失及び油の消費量に関して最適化される。このことにより、フローティング・ディスク30と軸受ハウジング20の間で、またはフローティング・ディスク30と軸受コーム11との間で、回転速度が異なっていても、両側に対してそれぞれ調整された潤滑ギャップにした。

Claims (10)
- 軸受ハウジング(20)の中で回転可能であるように取り付けられたシャフト(10)のための流体式のアキシャル軸受であって、
軸方向で、前記軸受ハウジングと、前記シャフトに配置された軸受コーム(11)との間に配置されたフローティング・ディスクを有し、
前記軸受ハウジング(20)と前記フローティング・ディスク(30)との間に、及び前記フローティング・ディスク(30)と前記軸受コーム(11)との間に、プロファイルが付けられた環状面及び平らな摺動面によって区画された潤滑ギャップがそれぞれ、形成され、
プロファイルの付けられたそれぞれの環状面は、周方向で前記潤滑ギャップを狭める複数のウェッジ面(22)を有する、
流体式のアキシャル軸受において、
前記プロファイルが付けられた環状面及び前記平らな摺動面により前記フローティング・ディスクの両側に形成される潤滑ギャップは、互いに異なる幾何学的寸法を有することを特徴とする流体式のアキシャル軸受。 - 前記潤滑ギャップは、前記フローティング・ディスクの両側で、異なる、径方向の寸法を有している、請求項1に記載の流体式のアキシャル軸受。
- 前記フローティング・ディスク(30)の両側で前記潤滑ギャップを形成する、前記プロファイルが付けられた二つの環状面は、それぞれ、異なった数のセグメント(34)に分割され、一つのセグメント(34)が一つのウェッジ面(32)をそれぞれ有している、請求項1または2に記載の流体式のアキシャル軸受。
- 前記フローティング・ディスクの両側で前記潤滑ギャップを形成する、前記プロファイルが付けられた二つの環状面は、異なるデザインのウェッジ面(32)を有している、請求項1または2に記載の流体式のアキシャル軸受。
- 前記プロファイルが付けられた環状面は、ウェッジ面(32)及び平らなラッチング面(33)を有し、
前記フローティング・ディスクの両側で前記潤滑ギャップを形成する、前記プロファイルが付けられた二つの環状面は、ラッチング面(33)の、ウェッジ面(32)に対する異なった面積比を有している、
請求項1または2に記載の流体式のアキシャル軸受。 - 前記フローティング・ディスク(30)の一方の側は、他方の側に対し、径方向に段差が付けられている、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の流体式のアキシャル軸受。
- 前記フローティング・ディスク(30)には、少なくとも一つの供給孔(35)が通っており、この少なくとも一つの供給孔(35)は、前記フローティング・ディスクの両側を互いに接続している、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の流体式のアキシャル軸受。
- 前記フローティング・ディスクは、複数の径方向の潤滑溝(31)を有し、
前記少なくとも一つの供給孔(35)は、前記フローティング・ディスクの少なくとも一方の側で、潤滑溝(31)に通じている、
請求項7に記載の流体式のアキシャル軸受。 - 前記少なくとも一つの供給孔(35)は、或る角度で、径方向外側に向けられている、請求項7または8に記載の流体式のアキシャル軸受。
- 請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の流体式のアキシャル軸受を有するシャフトを備えた排気ガス・ターボチャージャ。
