Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、自動車で使用される、継手装置、特に等速ジョイントまたはトリポード型ジョイントであって、継手ハウジング(4)と、継手ハウジング(4)に固定して接続されている入力シャフト(6)と、トリポード軸受アセンブリ(10)によって結合して回転するように継手ハウジング(4)に配置されている接合シャフト(8)とを有し、入力シャフト(6)および接合シャフト(8)を互いに接続する曲げ弾性接続機構(14)が設けられ、曲げ弾性接続機構(14)が、第1固定領域(20)によって入力シャフト(6)に接続され、第2固定領域(21)によって接合シャフト(8)に接続されている継手装置に関し、第2固定領域(21)が、接合シャフト(8)の方向においてトリポード軸受アセンブリ(10)の中心点から間隔を空けて配置されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 自動車で使用される、継手装置、特に等速ジョイントまたはトリポード型ジョイントであって、継手ハウジング(4)と、前記継手ハウジング(4)に固定して接続されている入力シャフト(6)と、トリポード軸受アセンブリ(10)によって結合して回転するように前記継手ハウジング(4)に配置されている接合シャフト(8)とを有し、前記入力シャフト(6)および前記接合シャフト(8)を互いに接続する曲げ弾性接続機構(14)が設けられ、前記曲げ弾性接続機構(14)が、第1固定領域(20)によって前記入力シャフト(6)に接続され、第2固定領域(21)によって前記接合シャフト(8)に接続されている、継手装置において、前記第2固定領域(21)が、前記接合シャフト(8)の方向において前記トリポード軸受アセンブリ(10)の中心点から間隔を空けて配置されている、ことを特徴とする継手装置。
- 前記第1固定領域(20)に対し、スリーブの形態の第1固定装置(24)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の継手装置。
- 前記入力シャフトに向かって開放している漏斗状要素(30)を有するスリーブの形態の第2固定装置(28)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の継手装置。
- 前記曲げ弾性接続機構(14)が、前記第1固定領域(20)および前記第2固定領域(21)によって固定されている曲げ弾性ロッド部材を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の継手装置。
- 前記曲げ弾性接続機構(14)に対し軸方向に予荷重が加えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の継手装置。
- 前記曲げ弾性接続機構(14)がケーブル部材(18)を有し、前記ケーブル部材(18)が、前記第1固定領域(20)および前記第2固定領域(21)によって固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の継手装置。
- 前記固定領域(20)に接続され、かつ前記入力シャフト(8)の軸方向面(26)に支持されている、引張要素(22)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の継手装置。
