Abstract
【解決手段】巻線状又はコイル状のスタックと、貫流可能な複数の管路3と、を有して形成される第1のハニカム体1を含み、スタックの第1の端部4は、電気端子5と接続し、第2の端部6は、電気的接地7と接続し、スタックは、相互に電気的に接続された、複数の少なくともある領域において構造化された金属箔を有する。ハニカム体1は、第2のハニカム体10と接続するための支持ピン9を有し、支持ピン9は、内部領域の外部に、少なくとも25mmの、スタックのプロファイルに沿った間隔を有する。支持ピン9をハニカム体1に挿入する方法、及び、ハニカム体1を受ける、及び/又は、支持ピン9を位置決めする装置は、支持ピン9をハニカム体1に取り付けることを可能とする。

Claims (11)
- 少なくとも一つの巻線状又はコイル状のスタック(2)で形成され、貫流可能な複数の管路(3)を有する第1のハニカム体(1)を含み、
前記スタック(2)の第1の端部(4)は電気端子(5)と接続し、第2の端部(6)は電気的接地(7)と接続し、
前記スタック(2)は、相互に電気的に接続された、複数の少なくとも部分的に構造化された金属箔(8)を有し、
前記ハニカム体(1)は、第2のハニカム体(10)と接続するための支持ピン(9)を有し、
前記支持ピン(9)は、内部領域(11)の少なくとも外部において、相互に、少なくとも25mmの、スタック(2)のプロファイルに沿った間隔(13)を有する、構成体(28)。 - 内部領域(11)の外部の少なくとも一つの支持ピン(9)は、前記ハニカム体(1)の断面領域(12)にわたって、少なくとも25mmの距離(14)をもって相互に離間するように、分散している、請求項1記載の構成体(28)。
- 前記第1のハニカム体(1)の直径(15)が少なくとも100mmである、請求項1又は2に記載の構成体(28)。
- 少なくとも一つの支持ピン(9)が前記管路(3)に、前記支持ピン(9)が前記管路(3)を形成する周囲壁(17)と、ハニカム体(1)に存在する外周部(16)の少なくとも50%を超えて接触するように位置して、前記管路(3)を満たす寸法である、請求項1から3迄の何れかに記載の構成体(28)。
- 前記支持ピン(9)が前記第2のハニカム体(10)に、最大8mmの深さ(18)まで係合する、請求項1から4迄の何れかに記載の構成体(28)。
- 少なくとも一つの支持ピン(9)が、前記支持ピン(9)の中心軸(21)に対して偏心して配設された少なくとも一つの先端部(20)を有する、請求項1から5迄の何れかに記載の構成体(28)。
- 前記第1のハニカム体(1)の少なくも一つのスタック(2)が、少なくとも10mmの高さ(23)を有する、請求項1から6迄の何れかに記載の構成体(28)。
- 前記内部領域(11)が、前記第1のハニカム体(1)の断面領域(12)の最大で20%を含む、請求項1から7迄の何れかに記載の構成体。
- 支持ピン(9)を第1のハニカム体(1)の管路(3)又は溝(29)に貫通させる方法であって、該方法は、
支持ピン(9)を保持部(24)によって位置決めするステップと、
前記第1のハニカム体(1)と前記保持部(24)との相互の供給移動(25)に対して横断的に励起させる手段(mittels Anregung)によって、前記支持ピン(9)を前記管路(3)又は溝(29)に係合させるステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記支持ピン(9)が前記代1のハニカム体(1)とともに、第2のハニカム体(10)に、二つのハニカム体を離間させる隙間(30)が形成されるように、前記支持ピン(9)が前記ハニカム体を半田付け処理によって固定されて配設される、請求項9記載の方法。
- 第1のハニカム体(1)を保持する、又は、支持ピン(9)を位置決めするための装置(26)であって、
該装置(26)は、該装置(26)が、前記第1のハニカム体(1)の管路(3)又は溝(9)の延在方向(27)、又は、前記支持ピン(9)の中心軸(21)に対して、略横断して移動できるように励起可能(anregbar)である、装置(26)。
