Description
大きな直径であっても、少ない数の支持ピンのみを用いて、高いレベルの構造上の安定性と、高いレベルの排出ガス浄化の有効性を実現する、加熱可能なハニカム体を有する構成体を提供することを目的とする。同時に、このハニカム体は、軽量で製造コストも低いべきである。また、この種の支持ピンをハニカム体の端部側を介して挿入して、所望の位置に簡単で丁寧に配置することができる方法及び装置も提案する。

Claims (1)
- 少なくとも一つの巻線状又はコイル状のスタック(2)で形成され、貫流可能な複数の管路(3)を有する第1のハニカム体(1)を含み、
前記スタック(2)の第1の端部(4)は電気端子(5)と接続し、第2の端部(6)は電気的接地(7)と接続し、
前記スタック(2)は、相互に電気的に接続された、複数の少なくとも部分的に構造化された金属箔(8)を有し、
前記第1のハニカム体(1)は、第2のハニカム体(10)と接続するための支持ピン(9)を有し、
前記支持ピン(9)は、前記第1のハニカム体の中心部を含む同心円状の内部領域(11)の少なくとも外部において、相互に、少なくとも25mmの、スタック(2)の前記巻線状又はコイル状のプロファイルに沿った間隔(13)を有し、
少なくとも内部領域(11)の外部の支持ピン(9)は、前記第1のハニカム体(1)の断面領域(12)にわたって、少なくとも25mmの距離(14)をもって相互に離間するように分散しており、
前記第1のハニカム体(1)の直径(15)は、少なくとも100mmであり、
少なくとも一つの支持ピン(9)は、前記支持ピン(9)が前記管路(3)を形成する周囲壁(17)と、前記第1のハニカム体(1)に存在する外周部(16)の少なくとも50%を超えて接触するように前記管路(3)内に位置して、前記管路(3)を満たす寸法であり、
前記支持ピン(9)は、前記第1のハニカム体(1)の前記管路(3)の中に挿入されて固定され、
前記支持ピン(9)は、前記第2のハニカム体(10)に、最大8mmの深さ(18)で係合し、
少なくとも一つの支持ピン(9)は、前記支持ピン(9)の中心軸(21)に対して偏心して配置された少なくとも一つの先端部(20)を有し、
前記第1のハニカム体(1)の少なくも一つのスタック(2)は、少なくとも10mmの高さ(23)を有し、
前記内部領域(11)は、前記第1のハニカム体(1)の断面領域(12)の最大で20%を囲む、構成体(28)。
