Abstract
【解決手段】
リアクトルの製造方法は、投入工程S10と、攪拌工程S11と、埋設工程S12と、硬化工程S13とによって構成されている。投入工程S10は、ケースに熱硬化性樹脂及び鉄粉を投入する工程である。攪拌工程S11は、ケース内に投入された熱硬化性樹脂及び鉄粉をケース内において攪拌して熱硬化性樹脂中に鉄粉を分散させる工程である。埋設工程S12は、ケース内において攪拌された熱硬化性樹脂及び鉄粉にコイルを押込み埋設させる工程である。硬化工程S13は、コイルを埋設された熱硬化性樹脂及び鉄粉に熱を加え硬化させる工程である。これにより、リアクトル毎の鉄粉の混合比率のばらつきを抑え、効率よく部品を成形することができる。

Description
そのため、成形型内において成形材中に固体粉末をより確実に分散させることができる。
まず、図1及び図2を参照して第1実施形態のリアクトルの構成について説明する。ここで、図1は、第1実施形態におけるリアクトルの上面図である。図2は、図1におけるA−A矢視断面図である。なお、図1及び図2において、コイルの端子については表示を省略してある。
次に、第2実施形態のリアクトルについて説明する。第2実施形態のリアクトルは、第1実施形態のリアクトルに対してケースの形状を変更するとともに、それに伴って攪拌工程を変更したものである。
Claims (16)
- 固体粉末の混合された成形材によって部品を成形して構成される成形品の製造方法において、
成形型に前記成形材及び前記固体粉末を投入する投入工程と、
前記成形型内に投入された前記成形材及び前記固体粉末を前記成形型内において攪拌して前記成形材中に前記固体粉末を分散させる攪拌工程と、
前記成形型内において攪拌された前記成形材及び前記固体粉末に、前記部品を押込み埋設させる埋設工程と、
を有することを特徴とする成形品の製造方法。 - 前記攪拌工程は、前記成形型内に投入された前記成形材及び前記固体粉末に攪拌羽根を挿入し、前記攪拌羽根を回転させた状態で、前進と後退、又は、前進と停止を繰返しながら、所定経路に沿って前記成形型内を移動させることで、前記成形材中に前記固体粉末を分散させること特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記攪拌工程は、前記成形型内に投入された前記成形材及び前記固体粉末の粘度に応じて、前進と後退、又は、前進と停止の仕方を変えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記攪拌工程は、前記成形型内に投入された前記成形材及び前記固体粉末に攪拌羽根を挿入し、正転と逆転、又は、回転と停止を繰返しながら前記攪拌羽根を回転させることで、前記成形材中に前記固体粉末を分散させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記攪拌工程は、前記成形型内に投入された前記成形材及び前記固体粉末の粘度に応じて、正転と逆転、又は、回転と停止の仕方を変えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記攪拌工程は、前記攪拌羽根を前記成形型内で上下動させることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記攪拌工程は、前記成形型内に投入された前記成形材及び前記固体粉末の粘度に応じて上下動の仕方を変えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記攪拌工程は、時間の経過に伴って上下動の速度を上げることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記攪拌工程は、上下動の速度を上げた場合に、上側への移動量を抑えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記攪拌工程は、前記成形型及び前記攪拌羽根の少なくともいずれかを振動させることを特徴とする請求項2〜9のいずれか1項に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記攪拌工程は、前記成形型内に投入された前記成形材及び前記固体粉末の粘度に応じて振動の仕方を変えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記攪拌工程は、前記攪拌羽根の負荷トルクによって前記成形型内に投入された前記成形材及び前記固体粉末の粘度を検出することを特徴とする請求項3、5、7又は11のいずれか1項に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記成形型は、部品を収納するケースであることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記部品は、コイルであることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記固体粉末は、磁性粉末であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 車両に搭載されることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の成形品の製造方法。
