Abstract
【解決手段】変速機1は、ロッド3及び歯車担体10を備えている。ロッド3は噛合い部5を有し、歯車担体10は、噛合い部5と噛み合うように、変速機1の縦軸30に対する径方向に可動な歯40を収容している。ロッド3及び歯車担体10は互いに回転せずに、噛合い部5と歯40の噛合いにより縦軸30方向に互いに変位可能なように装着されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (15)
- 変速機(1)の縦軸(30)周りの回転運動を直線運動に変換するか、又は直線運動を回転運動に変換する変速機(1)であって、
噛合い部(5)を有するロッド(3、103)及び
噛合い部(5)と噛み合うように、径方向に可動な歯(40)を収容する歯車担体(10)を備え、
ロッド(3、103)及び歯車担体(10)は互いに回転せずに、縦軸(30)方向に互いに変位可能なように装着されていることを特徴とする変速機。 - 歯(40)を径方向に動かすための駆動装置(50、150)が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 歯(40)を径方向に動かすためのカムディスク(50、150)が変速機の縦軸(30)の周りを回転可能に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機。
- カムディスク(50、150)の回転により歯(40)が噛合い部(5)と噛み合うように動かされ、ロッド(3、103)を歯車担体(10)に対して直線状に変位させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の変速機。
- ロッド(3)の噛合い部(5)と歯車担体(10)内に配置された歯(40)との間にピッチが存在することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の変速機。
- 歯(40)は、縦軸(30)に対する径方向の周りを回転可能に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の変速機。
- ロッド(3、103)の噛合い部(5)は、多面状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の変速機。
- 歯(40)は、負のクラウニングを有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の変速機。
- ロッド(103)は、中空に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の変速機。
- 噛合い部(5)は、ロッド(103)の内面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の変速機。
- ロッド(3)は、歯車担体(10)の内側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の変速機。
- カムディスク(50)は、内部にカムを有するカムディスクであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の変速機。
- 請求項1ないし請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の変速機(1)を有する駆動装置であって、カムディスク(50、150)を駆動するモータを有していることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の変速機(1)により、回転運動を直線運動に変換させることを特徴とする変速機の使用方法。
- 歯車担体(10)及びロッド(3、103)は、それぞれが出力部材又はその支持部材を構成することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の変速機の使用方法。
