Claims (6)
- 入力部(7)、ギア機構(3)及び出力部(11)を有する管状ギア装置であって、
多数の歯部(5)を動かすことによって、入力部(7)と出力部(11)と変速比の設定及びトルクの伝達が行なわれ、
歯部(5)は歯(14)を備え、入力部(7)は複数の丘部が形成された少なくとも1つの押圧部材(8)を備え、入力部(7)の押圧部材(8)と歯部(5)の間に1つの軸受(10)を備え、軸受(10)と歯部(5)との間に平滑な面を有するフレクスプライン(12)を備えており、
変速比が設定され且つトルクが伝達されるように、押圧部材(8)は歯部(5)を押圧して内歯車(1)の内歯(2)内へと移動させ、
歯部(5)は、間接的に入力部(7)の押圧部材(8)の外郭(9)に押圧されて、スリット状で直線状の案内部(4)内を直線状に案内されて出力部(11)に嵌入し、
入力部(7)の断面は、回転運動する管状軸として形成され、
押圧部材(8)を備えた入力部(7)はカム板として形成され、
押圧部材(8)は、楕円形又は多角形として形成されていることを特徴とするギア装置。 - 多数の歯部(5)は、入力部(7)によって動かされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のギア装置。
- 多数の歯部(5)は、入力部(7)によって、内歯車(1)の内歯(2)の方へと動かされて出力部(11)と噛合って動かされることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のギア装置。
- 押圧部材(8)は、三角形又はそれ以上の多角形として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のギア装置。
- 入力部(7)は、押圧部材(8)と共に歯部(5)内部に径方向に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のギア装置。
- 複数の歯部(5)は、入力部(7)の押圧部材の外郭(9)の一部に押圧されて入力部(7)の押圧部材(8)の外郭により間接的に直線的又は往復的に動かされることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のギア装置。
