(式中、Pはエンジンの馬力であり、単位がキロワットであり;Tはエンジンのトルクであり、単位がニュートン・メートル;Nはエンジン回転数であり、単位が回毎分である。)

(式中、P1は軸受駆動内輪の出力であり、T1は軸受駆動内輪の出力トルクであり、N1は軸受駆動内輪の出力回転数である。)
P2=T2*N2/9550 式3
(式中、P2は軸受従動外輪の出力であり、T2は軸受従動外輪の出力トルクであり、N2は軸受従動外輪の出力回転数である。)
P2=P1*η 式4
(式中、ηは軸受駆動内輪の軸受従動外輪に対する仕事率である。)
N2/N1=(T1/T2)*η 式5

Claims (6)
- 無段変速動力軸受であって、軸受駆動内輪と軸受従動外輪と可動歯アセンブリとを含み、前記軸受駆動内輪の外周に一周の可動歯溝を設け、前記可動歯アセンブリは1つずつ対応の可動歯溝内に嵌め込まれ、また前記可動歯溝の底部が高圧給油口と連通し、前記軸受従動外輪の内周面は異径面であり、また前記異径面が若干の等分区域に均一に分けられ、各対応の等分区域の異径の大きさが等しいと共に方向が同じであり、前記可動歯アセンブリの外端部が前記異径面と密着する
ことを特徴とする無段変速動力軸受。 - 前記可動歯アセンブリの各前記可動歯は、可動歯支持体と、前記可動歯支持体の外端に連接するローラー可動歯とを含み、前記可動歯支持体の前記可動歯溝に対応する側部に若干の切り欠きを備える
請求項1に記載の無段変速動力軸受。 - 可動歯変速システムを備え、前記可動歯変速システムは、速度比制御ユニットと、各々前記速度比制御ユニットと接続する高圧油圧ポンプと、前記軸受従動外輪の速度を測定する軸受従動外輪の速度センサーと、速度比から与えられた信号入力側と、軸受駆動内輪の回転速度信号入力側とを含み、前記高圧油圧ポンプの高圧排油口が前記高圧給油口に連通し、前記速度比から与えられた信号入力側、前記軸受駆動内輪の回転速度信号入力側がシステムコントロールセンターと接続する
請求項1に記載の無段変速動力軸受。 - 前記軸受従動外輪の外周面は、動力出力面であり、歯、ローラーまたは円周面の形態である
請求項1に記載の無段変速動力軸受。 - 前記高圧給油口は、前記軸受駆動内輪上に設けられ、また前記軸受駆動内輪上に高圧油路を備え、前記高圧給油口が前記高圧油路を通じて前記可動歯溝の底部と連通する
請求項1または3に記載の無段変速動力軸受。 - 前記等分区域は、前記異径面から円中心までの距離が大きい方から小さい方までの円弧セクションと、前記異径面から円中心までの距離が小さい方から大きい方までの円弧セクション及び異径でない円弧セクションとを含む
