Claims (11)
- 入力素子(7)、素子(3)及び出力素子を有する出力の大きな産業用の駆動機構のための管状ギア装置としての同軸ギア装置であって、
入力素子(7)と前記出力素子の間のギア比の設定並びにトルクの伝達は径方向に可動な歯部(5)を介して行なわれ、
歯部(5)の外郭(6)のフランク(11.1、11.2)及び/又は内歯車(1)の内歯(15)の歯(13)のフランク(12.1、12.2)は、駆動軸(M)に関して、噛合域において面接触を可能とするように、対数螺旋により得られる外郭を備えることを特徴とする同軸ギア装置。 - 歯部(5)の外郭のフランク(11.1、11.2)及び内歯車(1)の内歯(15)の歯(13)は、駆動軸(M)からの距離(r)には依存せず、選択した傾斜角(α)により定められる対数螺旋(Ln)に相当することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の同軸ギア装置。
- 互いに接触する歯部(5)の外郭(6)及び内歯(15)の歯(13)は常に同一の傾斜角(α)を有する対数螺旋(Ln)に沿って変位するので、歯部(5)が前後に動く場合に、外郭(6)は歯(13)から離間せず均一の負荷分布となることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の同軸ギア装置。
- 傾斜角(α)は5°〜85°、特に15°〜45°の範囲で選択できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の同軸ギア装置。
- 歯部(5)又は内歯車(1)の内歯(15)のフランク(11.1又は12.1)は、隣接するフランク(11.2又は12.2)と中心軸(A)に対して対称に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の同軸ギア装置。
- 歯部(5)は頂部(17)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の同軸ギア装置。
- 歯部(5)の頂部(17)は、外郭(6)に接してそのフランク(11.1、11.2)へ移行していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の同軸ギア装置。
- 内歯車(1)の内歯(15)の両側のフランク(12.1、12.2)の間の底部(14)に、歯部(5)の頂部(17)の曲率よりも小さな曲率の面取り部(16)が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の同軸ギア装置。
- 歯部(5)の頂部(17)と接する内歯(15)の面取り部(16)により、歯部(5)が前後に抵抗無く動き且つ内歯(15)内から自動的に押戻されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の同軸ギア装置。
- 歯部(5)の外郭(6)が内歯車(1)の内歯(15)の底部(14)又はフランク(12.1、12.2)と噛合う際には、歯部(5)のフランク(11.1、11.2)は、選択した対数螺旋(Ln)に応じて内歯(15)のフランク(12.1、12.2)に適合されて歯部(5)のフランク(11.1、11.2)と内歯車(1)の歯(13)のフランク(12.1、12.2)が面接触することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の同軸ギア装置。
- 歯部(5)のフランク(11)及び/又は歯部(5)の傾斜に対応している内歯(15)のフランクは、負荷が掛かると訂正され、対数螺旋から簡単にずれること特徴とする請求項2ないし請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の同軸ギア装置。
