Abstract
【解決手段】仕切部材64の収容空所106に可動膜122が配設されており、可動膜122の厚さ方向一方の面と対向する収容空所106の壁部にはフィルタオリフィス114が形成されていると共に、可動膜122の厚さ方向他方の面と対向する収容空所106の壁部には開放孔116が形成されており、収容空所106がフィルタオリフィス114と開放孔116を通じて受圧液室66と加振液室68の各一方に連通されている。更に、可動膜122には厚さ方向に貫通する通孔126が形成されている。

Claims (4)
- 第1の取付部材と第2の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって弾性連結されており、壁部の一部が該本体ゴム弾性体で形成された受圧液室と、壁部の一部が可撓性膜で構成された平衡液室が形成されていると共に、それら受圧液室と平衡液室を相互に連通するオリフィス通路が形成されている一方、該第2の取付部材によって支持された仕切部材を挟んで該受圧液室と反対側には壁部の一部が加振部材で構成された加振液室が形成されており、該第2の取付部材によって支持されるアクチュエータの発生駆動力が該加振部材を介して該加振液室に及ぼされるようにした流体封入式能動型防振装置において、
前記仕切部材の内部には収容空所が形成されていると共に、該収容空所には外周部分を該仕切部材によって支持された可動膜が配設されている一方、
該可動膜の厚さ方向一方の面と対向する該収容空所の壁部には前記オリフィス通路よりも高周波数にチューニングされたフィルタオリフィスが形成されて、該収容空所が該フィルタオリフィスを通じて該受圧液室と該加振液室の何れか一方に連通されていると共に、該可動膜の厚さ方向他方の面と対向する該収容空所の壁部には開放孔が形成されて、該収容空所が該開放孔を通じて該受圧液室と該加振液室の何れか他方に連通されており、更に該可動膜には厚さ方向に貫通する通孔が形成されていることを特徴とする流体封入式能動型防振装置。 - 前記可動膜の厚さ方向一方の面が前記収容空所の壁面に対して離隔して対向していると共に、該可動膜の厚さ方向他方の面が該収容空所の壁面に対して重ね合わされており、前記開放孔の断面積が前記フィルタオリフィスの断面積よりも大きくされている請求項1に記載の流体封入式能動型防振装置。
- 前記開放孔を通じて前記加振液室と前記収容空所が連通されていると共に、前記通孔が該開放孔と位置合わせされて相互に連通されている一方、前記加振部材が前記第2の取付部材に対してばね手段で弾性連結されており、該加振部材が前記アクチュエータの発生駆動力によって前記仕切部材に対して離隔変位すると共に、該アクチュエータの発生駆動力の解除によって該ばね手段の弾性に基づいて初期位置に復帰するようにした請求項2に記載の流体封入式能動型防振装置。
- 前記通孔の通路断面積(A)と通路長(L)の比(A/L)が、前記フィルタオリフィスの通路断面積と通路長の比以上とされている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の流体封入式能動型防振装置。
