Description
Claims (14)
- 繊維強化プラスチックを有する被加工物に穴を製造するためのドリル(1)であって、
少なくとも一つの正面の主切刃(3)と、
前記ドリル(1)の周面(9)の領域内に設けられた少なくとも一つの副切刃(11)と、
少なくとも一つの前記副切刃(11、11')の円周側に隣接する丸研磨マージン部(21)と
を備えたドリルにおいて、
好ましくは連続的な前記丸研磨マージン部(21)が、前記ドリル(1)の前方領域を起点とし、第一の幅(B1)での第一の長手区間(22)及びそれに隣接している第二の幅(B2)での第二の長手区間(24)を有しており、前記第一の長手区間(22)の幅(B1)が、前記第二の長手区間(24)の幅(B2)より小さく、好ましくは何倍も小さいことを特徴とするドリル。 - 少なくとも二つの主切刃(3、3')及び少なくとも二つの副切刃(11、11')が設けられており、各々の主切刃に一つの副切刃が割り当てられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリル。
- 前記丸研磨マージン部(21)の前記第一の長手区間(22)の幅(B1)がごくわずかであり、好ましくは技術的に製造可能な最小限であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の工具。
- 前記丸研磨マージン部(21)の前記第一の長手区間(22)の幅(B1)が0.01mm〜0.1mmの範囲内にあり、好ましくは0.05mmであることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載のドリル。
- 前記ドリル(1)が、少なくとも前記丸研磨マージン部の前記第一の長手区間(22)の領域内で、ハードコーティング、好ましくはダイヤモンドコーティングを備えていることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載のドリル。
- 前記丸研磨マージン部(21)の前記第二の長手区間(24)の幅(B2)が0.3mm〜0.8mm、好ましくは0.4mm〜0.7mmの範囲内にあることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載のドリル。
- 前記丸研磨マージン部(21)の前記第一の長手区間(22)の長さ(L1)が1mm〜3mmの範囲内にあることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載のドリル。
- 前記丸研磨マージン部(21)の前記第一の長手区間(22)の幅(B1)及び/又は前記第二の長手区間(24)のが、その/それらの長さにわたって一定又は実質的に一定であることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載のドリル。
- 前記丸研磨マージン部(21)の前記第一と第二の長手区間(22、24)の間の移行部が段として形成されていることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載のドリル。
- 前記副切刃(11、11')がそれぞれ少なくとも一つの閉じていない凹部(27)、特に切込みを備えていることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載のドリル。
- 前記副切刃(11、11')がそれぞれ、互いに間隔をあけて配置された複数の周縁が閉じていない凹部(27)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のドリル。
- 前記凹部(27)の長手方向の長さが、前記凹部(27)の領域内での前記丸研磨マージン部(21)の幅(B2)より小さいことを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載のドリル。
- それぞれ少なくとも一つの前記凹部(27)が、前記丸研磨マージン部(21)の前記第二の長手区間(24)の領域内で前記副切刃(11、11')に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載のドリル。
- チゼルエッジ(5)での90°未満の先端角を特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載のドリル。
