Description

数の複合縦通材は、航空機の外板に取り付けられて、任意の数の無線信号を搬送することができる。任意の数の無線信号は、情報信号及び動力信号から選択された少なくとも一つである。複数の複合縦通材の各々は、第1のチャネル、第1のチャネル内部に位置する発泡材料、第2のチャネル、及び第2のチャネル内部に位置する導波管を備えている。導波管が、第2のチャネルの壁に取り付けられた金属材料を含んでもよい。複数のデバイスは、複数の複合縦通材に関連付けられており、複数の複合縦通材内で任意の数の無線信号を交換することができる。

複数のデバイス及び縦通材がネットワークデータ処理システムの一部である、態様2に記載の装置。
(態様5)
ネットワークデータ処理システムがビークル内に位置している、態様4に記載の装置。
(態様6)
ネットワークデータ処理システムが、ヘルスモニタリングシステム、フライトコントロールシステム、機内エンタテイメントシステム、及び環境制御システムのうちから選択された少なくとも一つである、態様4に記載の装置。

ビークル内で無線信号を送信するための方法であって、
ビークル内において、第1のデバイスから任意の数の縦通材内に位置する任意の数の導波管の中へと任意の数の無線信号を送信することと、
任意の数の縦通材内の任意の数の導波管内で任意の数の無線信号を搬送することと、
第2のデバイスにおいて任意の数の導波管から任意の数の無線信号を受け取ることと
を含む方法。
(態様15)
任意の数の縦通材内の任意の数の導波管がビークル内のネットワークの一部であり、且つネットワークが、任意の数の伝送線路、任意の数の光ケーブル、及び任意の数のエアインターフェースのうちの少なくとも一つを更に含む、態様14に記載の方法。

Claims (10)

  1. チャネルを有する縦通材と、
    チャネル内部に位置して、任意の数の無線信号を搬送することができる導波管と
    を備えている装置。
  2. 縦通材と関連付けられて、導波管内を搬送される任意の数の無線信号を交換することができる複数のデバイス
    を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
  3. 縦通材は、航空機の胴体の外板、航空機の翼の外板、航空機のフレーム、及び航空機のリブのうちの一つに取り付け可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
  4. 各々が関連する導波管を有している任意の数の縦通材
    を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
  5. 導波管へのアクセス点
    を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
  6. アクセス点が、伝送線路、プローブ、及びアンテナのうちの一つからなっている、請求項に記載の装置。
  7. 縦通材が内部に取り付けられている航空機
    を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
  8. 縦通材が、
    チャネルを有する複合縦通材と、
    チャネル内に位置して導波管を形成している導電材料と
    を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の装置。
  9. ビークル内で無線信号を送信するための方法であって、
    ビークル内において、第1のデバイスから任意の数の縦通材内に位置する任意の数の導波管の中へと任意の数の無線信号を送信することと、
    任意の数の縦通材内の任意の数の導波管内で任意の数の無線信号を搬送することと、
    第2のデバイスにおいて任意の数の導波管から任意の数の無線信号を受け取ることと
    を含む方法。
  10. 任意の数の縦通材内の任意の数の導波管がビークル内のネットワークの一部であり、且つネットワークが、任意の数の伝送線路、任意の数の光ケーブル、及び任意の数のエアインターフェースのうちの少なくとも一つを更に含む、請求項に記載の方法。
