Description
Claims (11)
- 鋼または同様の材料からなる大きなサイズの円形型材用連続鋳造設備において鋼片を案内して方向付けるための方法であって、鋼片表面(15)が方向付けトラック内部で加熱されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記鋼片表面(15)全体が加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加熱力が、前記鋼片表面(15)で前記方向付けトラックに沿って局所的に生じる膨張に適合されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記鋼片表面(15)が、前記方向付けトラックの好ましくは均等に配置された複数の部分区域(8b、8d、8f)内で加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記鋼片表面(15)が、多孔質構造(14)内で空気/ガス混合物を燃焼し、高温排気ガスを前記鋼片表面(15)上に吹き付けることによって加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- セラミック発泡体または同様の物質を充填した反応器(13)を備える少なくとも1つの多孔質バーナ(10、17)を有し、前記多孔質バーナ(10、17)の高温排気ガスが、前記鋼片表面(15)に対して、前記鋼片表面(15)の少なくとも上側で作用することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するための装置。
- 前記反応器セル(13)の出口開口が前記鋼片表面(15)の上側に向けられ、それにより、前記鋼片表面(15)の下側よりも前記鋼片表面(15)の上側で大きな加熱が行われることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 複数の多孔質バーナ(10)を有するとともに、出口側鋼片ガイド領域に位置された方向付けドライバデバイス(7)を有し、前記多孔質バーナ(10)が、ほぼ均等に分離配置され、前記方向付けドライバデバイス(7)の真直化ロール対(7a〜7h)の間の空間内に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- さらに前記方向付けドライバデバイス(7)の前に配設された少なくとも1つの多孔質バーナ(17)を設けられることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記鋼片表面(15)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲むトンネル要素(8b、8d、および8f)が前記少なくとも1つの多孔質バーナ(10、17)にそれぞれ割り当てられ、前記トンネル要素(8b、8d、および8f)を通して、これらの排気ガスが、前記鋼片表面の周囲に向けられることを特徴とする請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記鋳型(2)から出て進む前記鋳造鋼片(5)が、前記案内トラックの上側区域で好ましくは複数の細長いトンネル要素(6a〜6d)を通して案内され、前記トンネル要素(6a〜6d)内で、前記鋳造鋼片(5)が、場合に応じて断熱または加熱されることを特徴とする請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
