R、R’及びR”はそれぞれ独立して、(i)水素、(ii)分枝若しくは非分枝、置換若しくは非置換のアルキル基、(iii)分枝若しくは非分枝、置換若しくは非置換のアルケニル基、(iv)置換若しくは非置換のシクロアルキル基、(v)置換若しくは非置換のシクロアルキルアルキレン基、(vi)分枝若しくは非分枝、置換若しくは非置換のアルキニル基、(vii)置換若しくは非置換のアリール基、(viii)置換若しくは非置換のアリールアルキレン基、(ix)アセチル基、(x)環内にO、N、S及びSeの少なくとも1つを有する置換若しくは非置換の複素環、(xi)置換若しくは非置換のエーテル基又はポリエーテル基、又は(xii)置換若しくは非置換のスルホンアミド基を含み;R、R’及びR”の少なくとも1つが存在し、かつそれが、分枝若しくは非分枝の置換アルキル基、分枝若しくは非分枝の置換アルケニル基、置換シクロアルキル基、置換シクロアルキルアルキレン基、分枝若しくは非分枝の置換アルキニル基、置換アリール基、置換アリールアルキレン基、環内にO、N、S及びSeの少なくとも1つを有する置換複素環、置換エーテル基若しくはポリエーテル基、又は置換スルホンアミド基を含むフッ素化一価ラジカルを含み、該フッ素化一価ラジカルは1以上のフッ素原子を含み、該1以上のフッ素原子は両方のケイ素原子から少なくとも原子3個分又は少なくとも共有結合4つ分だけ離れており、
x、y及びzは、それぞれ独立して0、1、2又は3に等しく、
(x+y+z)=3であり、かつ、
Xはそれぞれ独立して、(i)水素、(ii)ハロゲン、(iii)分枝若しくは非分枝、置換若しくは非置換のアルキル基、(iv)置換若しくは非置換のアリール基、(v)分枝若しくは非分枝、置換若しくは非置換のアルケニル基、(vi)分枝若しくは非分枝、置換若しくは非置換のアルキニル基、(vii)シアノ基、(viii)ニトロ基、(ix)分枝若しくは非分枝、置換若しくは非置換のアルコキシ基を含むか、又は(x)任意の2個の隣り合うx基が互いに結合して(a)置換若しくは非置換の炭素環、又は(b)置換若しくは非置換の複素環を形成する。]を有する、ペンタセン化合物。
