Claims (12)
- 第1の基板層及び第2の基板層を含む有機発光デバイスであって、
当該デバイスは更に、前記第1の基板層と前記第2の基板層との間に配置された、少なくとも前記第1のOLED組立体及び第2のOLED組立体を含み、
前記第1のOLED組立体及び前記第2のOLED組立体の各々は、第1の導電層と、第2の導電層と、前記第1の導電層と前記第2の導電層との間に配置された有機発光層と、を含み、
前記第1のOLED組立体及び前記第2のOLED組立体の各々は、前記第1の基板層及び前記第2の基板層の少なくとも一方に関して、ゼロでない角度を形成するように配置される、
有機発光デバイス。 - 前記第1の基板層及び前記第2の基板層の少なくとも一方は透明である、請求項1に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 前記第1のOLED組立体及び前記第2のOLED組立体の各々は、前記第1の基板層及び前記第2の基板層の少なくとも一方に関して、30度より大きい角度を形成するよう配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 前記第1のOLED組立体及び前記第2のOLED組立体の各々は、前記第1の基板層及び前記第2の基板層の少なくとも一方に関して、90度の角度を形成するよう配置される、請求項3に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 前記第1の基板層及び前記第2の基板層の少なくとも一方は、導電性である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 前記第1の基板層は、前記第1の導電層と電気的に接続する、第1の電極と供され、
前記第2の基板層は、前記第2の導電層と電気的に接続する、第2の電極と供される、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイス。 - 前記第1の電極及び前記第2の電極の少なくとも一方は、パターン化される、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 前記発光層により放出される光の少なくとも一部を拡散するように配置された、少なくとも1つの拡散層を更に含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 前記発光層により放出された光の少なくとも一部を、前記第1の基板層又は前記第2の基板層へと向かう方向に、向け直すよう配置された、少なくとも1つの光リダイレクト構造を更に含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 前記第1のOLED組立体と前記第2のOLED組立体との間に配置された、波長変換要素を更に含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 前記第1のOLED組立体又は前記第2のOLED組立体により放出された光の少なくとも一部を、前記波長変換要素へと導くように配置された、導光体を更に含む、請求項10に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイスを含む光センサデバイス。
