- 前記プラスミドが、遺伝子療法の方法において使用される治療用タンパク質をコードする、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記プラスミドが、免疫原に対する免疫応答を引き起こす方法において使用される、前記免疫原をコードする、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記エキソソームが、前記エキソソームの表面で発現されるターゲティング部分を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ターゲティング部分が、標的とされる細胞上に存在する部分に結合するペプチドを含む、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 前記エキソソームが、改変されて前記ペプチドターゲティング部分を組み込んでいるエキソソーム膜貫通タンパク質を含む、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 前記エキソソーム膜貫通タンパク質が、Lamp−1、Lamp−2、CD13、CD86、フロチリン、シンタキシン−3から選択される、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 前記エキソソーム膜貫通タンパク質がLamp−2bである、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- in vivoで遺伝物質を送達する方法において使用される、前記遺伝物質を包含するエキソソームを含む組成物であって、前記エキソソームが未成熟樹状細胞に由来する、組成物。
- ヒト以外の動物モデルにおける遺伝子サイレンシングの方法であって、請求項4に記載のエキソソームを前記動物に投与するステップを含み、前記siRNAが、サイレンシングされる遺伝子を対象とする方法。
- エキソソームに遺伝物質を取り込ませる方法であって、エキソソームの組成物を提供するステップと、エレクトロポレーションによって前記エキソソームに遺伝物質を取り込ませるステップとを含む、方法。
- エレクトロポレーションが20v/cm〜100v/cmの間の電圧で行われる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- エキソソームに遺伝物質を取り込ませる方法であって、エキソソームの組成物を提供するステップと、カチオン性リポソームトランスフェクション剤を使用して、トランスフェクションによって前記エキソソームに核酸を取り込ませるステップとを含む、方法。
